The layout of the house was nice everyone had there own privacy. The only thing I would change would be to add a longer fishing pier on the inlet side with a covered deck. We have already re-booked for next year.

BH217 is very nice. Perfect view and distance from the ocean. Not too far from the pier and main business area but far enough that you can't hear the music at night. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely look to stay here again.

This house has everything you need for a large family vacation! The location is fabulous, with two docks and a lovely piece of private beach. The house is clean and the two kitchens are well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kayak and paddle boards were so fun! Loved it!

The property description was very accurate. The house was right across from the beach and very comfortable. The house and lawn was kept in good condition.We had the opportunity to meet the owners who were very nice and even left us a welcome note and delicious pound cake. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We mostly spent our time at the beach. We did have good meals at Graham 's, Sara J 's, Dagwood's and Angelo's. We also shopped at the nearby Tanger outlets.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. However, I was expecting something a little more special from a Penthouse. The condo was no different from other condos in the same building. We did enjoy our view of the marshland from this particular unit. I was disappointed by the dust bunnies and lint left beside the bed. We had to go to the store immediately upon our arrival as there was not any toilet paper in the 3 bathrooms. Also missing was soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. In the kitchen, there was not any dish detergent. The bed in the first bedroom was very stiff and made loud noises with every move. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return to Royal Gardens. However, I would not spend the extra money on a Penthouse.

Our stay last week at Carolina Shores was wonderful! The property was extremely clean and was ready much earlier than we expected which was awesome. Unfortunately the parking was very limited and a few nights we had to park our medium size vehicle in the compact car spaces under the building which was a little difficult to navigate. Luckily we didn't damage our vehicle parking in these tight spaces and it would've been nice if the people who actually had compact cars would've parked in the proper spaces but it all worked out. Our check-in experience was super simple and the staff was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Garden City and will definitely be back in the future.

Very positive. Would rent again in the future. Great views. I would like to see the beds be upgraded. Not very comfortable to sleep on. Also the kitchen pots, pans should be replaced.

The unit was very clean. The view was outstanding. The staff was helpful and friendly. The master bedroom was very small and somewhat claustrophobic, which may not be an issue for other people. Overall, we were very pleased.

our recent trip to 8th avenue with the whole family was perfect. There was plenty of room, even when there were 15 people, the walk to the beach was easy, the property was essentially clean although it could use a really good scrub down but we weren't letting that spoil our time. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and would consider using it again. I would suggest that the cushions on the outdoor furniture be replaced and the kitchen pantry be aired out but for what we enjoyed for the price we paid...couldn't beat it!!! Thank you for helping us create a great memory with our family...

Exactly as pictured. Lovely beachy decor. Have stayed at numerous units at One Ocean Place & this was one of the best.Only suggestion would be having typed instructions for the TV's.
