12 at Compass Rose was decorated nicely and in very good condition. We had a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Kitchen was well equipped and the only suggestion I would have is the cabinets could use new shelf lining. Other than that we look forward to staying there again. We also enjoyed the other guests staying at the Compass Rose. They were all friendly.

Our family enjoys staying at the Miller Villa. It meets our
Needs and is well equipped. Every year the owners update to keep us coming back. We loved the new shower ,it is a very nice addition. I’d love a new high seat toilet , I’m a bit spoiled with those at home. ��
We did notice the meat keeper shelf in upstairs fridge kept falling down, but we could put it back in for use. We really enjoyed the new swing downstairs , our great grandson (1month old) slept to the gentle rocking. Thank you for that addition, also.
Our air conditioner went out on Sunday evening and had to wait for repair until around noon on Monday, but it was quickly repaired at that time. Alongside a clogged sink , repaired quickly on Monday morning. Pleased with maintenance staff and A/C repairman , very personable and knowledgeable .

Check in quick. Friendly service.
We rented linens and there were some spots on sheets. A couple that should have been retired. Went to put sheets on king size bed and there was a dead fly under the quilt.
But condo nice, easy in and out. Would go back definitely

We had a great vacation at Surfmaster.I loved the condo space for a one bedroom.The condo neeeds alittle updates.The sinks and toliets need updates.But the bed really needs new bedding.VERY old.

Penthouse F was a beautiful place to stay - one of the very best I've experienced. I have zero complaints and am looking forward to my next stay. All 20 if our children and grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful time. The beach and the pool were hits for everyone. Very convenient !! We had some trouble wRegating the air conditioner. It would have been nice to have some pot holders and a larger toaster. Overall Excellent Vacation!

Our family has been staying at this home for quite some time. We absolutely love it there. However, the constant price increases year after year are becoming unjustified. The appliances (stove, tv’s) are outdated. There have been some new updates (some flooring and decor), but we are not sure it is worth the drastic price increase we have seen the last few years.
