Our stay was really good process of check in was very easy got a text saying condo was ready had a keyless entry. We had a 3 bedroom this was a 3rd yr staying in this condo so we knew what to expect it is alway clean . The thing that’s need is new mattress in the king room and the queen room also tvs in the twin rooms and queen room .. I wish garden city realty would say something to the owners.. this would make it much better for parents. With 3 kids . The only 2 tvs are king room and living room . Over all the condo is very nice very convenient since it is on the 1st floor . Eye level with the ocean and the pool is right below .

This is a beautiful condo, very clean. Large balcony to enjoy the view. The coffee maker needs to be replaced as it did not work properly. At checkin, Jackie was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our weekend.

Jackie, Dan the man, all of the cleaning and maintenance staff are all top notch! Everyone that works for Garden City are great! We are very very pleased with our stay here. The location and near by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, places to go and see, etc. etc. couldn’t be better!

Very informative and forthcoming

When we first decided to explore purchasing a vacation rental property we called Garden City Realty and spoke with Denise Coleman. She was very informative and forthcoming and we were able to pick up an information packet right away for us to look at. We did not feel pressured to look at properties and Denise supplied us with daily listings for us to consider if we wished. She recommended a financing source that turned out to be very helpful as well. Again, Denise helped us get through the whole process and offered her suggestions when we asked her and trusted her judgment completely.

A true real estate professional.

Norm Clay is a true real estate professional, who is serious about his fiduciary responsibilities for his client. I really appreciated his knowledge of the real estate market, which enabled me to make informed decisions relative to our listing and offers received. He's an expert in the real estate profession, and I would want him to represent me again.

I wish we could have had more trash bags. We had 1 extra kitchen trash bag.

This place, as most of SurfMaster, is a wonderful stay! Place is clean, almost completely updated, everything is in working order, and the staff at the realty company goes above and beyond (if I need them, which I didn't).
Yes, the stove may be late 1980s, but it works well. If I really had to offer a downside, it would be no sheet pan, but we made do with an aluminum pan.

We’ve been staying at Pooh’s Corner twice a year for probably 10 years.Loveeverything about it but wish they would update the TV in the main room-can hardly see it. TVs now pretty cheap too,! -Ken Cutler-

great view of the beach

We have stayed at this location several times over the years. For me in particular I luv the lounge chairs. Everything seems to be in pretty good shape but since we started their when the place was just remodeled I noticed some things are getting a little worn. I believe the mattress in the main bedroom could be replaced (upgraded). I also think the outside deck chairs are due for a replacement. Overall none of that is a gamechanger for us. If we go back to Myrtle we'll probably try to get the same place.

We love garden city. The condo should have upgraded furnishings. We have been staying in this unit for years and it still looks the same. Needs painting and better tvs. Kitchen could use some updating also like a new faucet and stove.
