Condo complex was in a very convenient and in nice area. The pool and beach were an exceptional treat as they were directly beside each other. The condo unit itself was clean, efficient, maintained, and nicely decorate. My only wish was that we would have been a bit closer to the elevator with 3 children.

The location of this house can't be beat! Next to the State Park and no public beach access in the neighborhood made it a very private experience. The screened-in deck was perfect in the morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked (although a second coffee pot would be good!). All of the bedrooms were comfortable. Having the pool and hot tub partially under the house was a bonus to be able to get a break from the sun when needed. Would love to stay here again someday and would definitly recommend for others!

We enjoyed our stay in our latest rental on ocean front. Our condo was clean, comfortable (beds were SUPER comfortable), beautifully decorated and updated. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the pool and whirlpool 1 minute. The sunrise from the master deck was stunning! Thank you for a memorable and relaxing weekend! We look forward to staying with you again.

Wonderful house on the beach! The owners have thought of everything to make this a convenient, comfortable, home away from home. With the pool being located under the house it received no sun and was so cold it was not used-even though we were there when the outside temps were in the would have been nice to have the option of having the pool heated.

My family stayed at Kash’s Kove in August.  We love the facility. It has everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and businesses. It was very clean and comfortable. We hope to make this an annual vacation for us. Loved the place. Loved the community. Loved the beach.

Heaven Can Wait was everything we dreamed it would be. The house was beautiful and vary spacious for our large family. We had enough to keep us busy even though the weather wasn't good during our stay. I would recommend this house to anyone. Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with and we would come again.

This was our 1st year staying in Garden City. We usually stay in NMB but so glad we chose to go south this time. One Ocean Place is so nice & convenient. Garden City Realty was wonderful as well. We will be back !
