Our unit was gorgeous, wonderful balcony and great view. This condo was very clean and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff at Garden City Realty was very helpful as usual. We will stay at One Ocean Place again for sure!!

We love this condo. 3rd or 4th time staying here.
Owner has made upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Love the deck chairs and view of the beach. The beds are comfortable, so is the sofa. Has stackable washer and dryer. We can never get the front shower to work but there are 2 other showers. Love the new oven with air fryer function. Fridge is new, but ice maker is quarky. Cant wait to see what other improvements this owner makes. Will stay here again.

a great place to stay, many amenities, great beach, close to attractions, very clean. the beverage refrigerator and ice maker is a plus however the rusted charcoal grill needs to be replaced we didn't take a chance on using it. we will be coming back next year. cant wait

The check in/out process was new to us, but I am glad they went to this process. Very convenient and one less thing to keep up with (keys to condo)
The unit was very clean and the views of the beach are breath taken. Very family friendly and safe. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

Had a wonderful vacation and this condo is exactly as described. Beds in all rooms are comfy and has plenty of dishes to cook with. Seasider is situated between two large towers so the beach can be crowded. My daughters loved all the kids to play with, I would have loved a few less people around my chair! lol Overall, a great stay in a beautiful condo!

We have 13 members in our family. My wife and I have 3 children, all of which are married, and we have 5 grandchildren. Our week together at the Mariposa was only the second time we have all been together. Interestingly, the only other time we were all together was three years ago, also at the Mariposa. Our family is scattered from PA to GA and the Mariposa is a good "central" location for us to meet. We had a GREAT time both times we stayed at the Mariposa. The house is perfect for our family. We love the dining table that seats 14 comfortably so that we can all come together for dinner. The house was clean and in good repair and ready for our use. The location on the beach is nice, especially for early morning coffee on one of the many porches, to watch the sunrise and to visit with family members. The private pool and hot tub, that are located in partial shade, are also a bonus on days when the sun is too intense for a full day of beach time. The location of the Mariposa, which is the next to last house on a dead end street, practically eliminates all vehicular traffic and makes for a private, quiet setting. Now that we have all returned to our respective homes, our 3 children have all emailed us to thank my wife and I for providing a perfect family vacation.

Absolutely gorgeous stay. Could not have picked a better place. Makes me think of retirement and relaxing. Cleanliness was absolutely spot on. Staff was friendly as I entered the garage and did not know where to go. A cleaning staff helped me and was so friendly. Already booked for next year and wish it was here. Beautiful place to spend time from out busy hectic life that brings us back to being normal.

Living room furniture & beds very comfortable. Overall unit needs some serious TLC. Carpets are badly stained, walls are marred & need painted, blinds need replaced, kitchen countertops starting to peel, entryway tile loose. The unit is nice, but it could be lovely. As always, staff at GCR was wonderful & we look forward to our family vacation in June.
