The four of us loved the condo at Penthouse I. The view was breathtaking and the patio furniture afforded ample opportunity for all of us to be out enjoying it. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the TVs were great. The only thing that we all complained about were the uncomfortable beds, but, otherwise,the experience was truly enjoyable. We would gladly come back again.

We have rented this same house about 5-6 times over the last few years and still love it. There are only 2 things I would change about it and that is, black out curtains for the 2 front bedrooms as the sun shines directly in them first thing in the morning. The other thing would be to add more things to the kitchen. Cookware and serving items are very sparse. Other than that it’s out favorite place to stay!

Beautiful vacation house, truly feels like home. We loved having the 2 suites! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we could need. Great view and really close and easy beach access. The only downside was no pool stuff.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our vacation. The only problem was there were not enough pots and pans to cook with in the house. There was plenty of dishes and eating utensils. I suggest adding some items for families that like to cook.

Very quaint place with tons of beds! Plenty of space and right across the street with good enough view to give you the ocean front feel.

We found the unit very clean. The location is excellent as is the view. Parking was better than most condos with plenty of spaces. We never heard noise from the unit above or from hallways. The only thing that bothered me was the bed was soft and lumpy and the sofa wasn’t real comfy. Our toaster didn’t work and management brought a new one up immediately.

Excellent location, beautiful unit. Even though you’re across the street from the beach, beach access was easier than some places I’ve stayed that were ocean front. The pool was crystal clear and immaculately maintained. Will definitely be returning

My wide and I vacation in the Myrtle Beach area twice yearly and while this was our first visit to this particular unit, we would stay in 1211 again. The unit was clean and comfortable, the Garden City Realty staff were friendly and helpful.
