It was a wonderful condo! My family and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The pools are very nice. The view is breath taking!We saw dolphins from our balcony the first day we were there! We had a wonderful time. The best thing about it was it was for families! It was walking distance to the peir. My family and I will come back as often as we can. Even though it was early April when we came it was warm!

Jean Schmaus was our broker and she went far beyond what was ever expected. We had issues concerning the property that needed to be addressed. She kindly referred us to a business that could prepare the condo for sale, make all necessary repairs, and did excellent work at a fair price. Not being from the area, we could have been taken advantage of, thanks to Jean that did not happen. This condo was beautifully furnished & decorated. The kitchen had the perfect amount of dishware, glassware & utensils. We loved the open LR/DR area, which was spacious & airy. We appreciated that two of the BRs had showers instead of bathtubs. The balcony with tall & swivel chairs & table was great. We liked that the garage, front door, pool & beach entryways were coded. It was simply one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in!

The rental was very nice however a the blinds need to be fixed or replaced. The slats on the blinds in the living room for the sliding glass door are going all different directions. The blinds in the window in the living room are missing a slat. Some of the slats on the blinds in the master bedroom are broken. If you try to close the blinds some of them stay open because the top part that holds them in is broken. Other than these few minor things the rental is very nice overall.

Have stayed at Surfmaster for a few years, second time in Penthouse I, it is amazing the crown jewel, amazing views, interior first class comfort, great hot tub. Love it, can't wait to be there again. Garden City Reality is the easiest and best to use!
