12 at Compass Rose was decorated nicely and in very good condition. We had a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Kitchen was well equipped and the only suggestion I would have is the cabinets could use new shelf lining. Other than that we look forward to staying there again. We also enjoyed the other guests staying at the Compass Rose. They were all friendly.

Garden City Really was AMAZING!! They were constantly in touch to let us know about the aftermath of Hurricane Ian and the impact to our holiday.

The condo itself was a bit disappointing. It is very dated; furniture was uncomfortable and some needed fixing (several dining room chairs). The furniture is well worn. We are all for comfy and cozy but this missed the mark. And the dolls in the bedroom display case need to go.

For a week it would be fine as you aren’t in the condo that much but for an extended stay you need comfort.

This beach house was everything we were looking for to have the best vacation ever! Perfect size for our group of 4 even though it sleeps 8, & great location w/ not being far from Garden city peir! We are going to come back next year with more people!

We would definitely recommend this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and the views of the ocean and beach are spectacular. The only negative for us was the constant hum when sitting on the patio which came from the cooling units that are located right off the patio. The appliances are all high end and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals while you are there. There are plenty of nice dishes, glasses and silverwear. We enjoyed working a couple of the puzzles that the owners left for guests use since we had some cool days in March.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. We loved the pool area! It’s beautiful and very private. The house having an elevator was a huge plus and really helped not having to haul all the luggage up all the steps.

Although we've been taking our Fall vacation @ Myrtle Beach for several years, this was our first stay @ Mariposa. What a beautiful house! Since we're all getting a little older, we really appreciated the elevator, esp for our luggage & groceries! The hot tub & heated pool were wonderful! The house was very well-maintained, & clean. We loved that the long dining room table was big enough that we could all sit together for dinner. And the double appliances were perfect for our needs. Now, if you could just guarantee a couple more days of sunshine, all would be perfect! I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family.

The only problem we had was the realty gave us 2 keys and did not work. Besides the hassle of being locked out for a little while we went to the office and the key was replaced

Seven aging couples spent a week at the beach at this house. It was very nice, though only four of the rooms have kind sized beds, the other four are set up for children with two double beds per room. Not bad, just unexpected.
The location is GREAT, the house is GREAT, the event was memorable. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time , this was our second time at the Shack and because of our growing family, it may be the last time we can fit. However it will be a long time before we forget the great times of the UNO game that lasted forever or three hours ending over spilt chocolate milk and the Shack being filled with laughter, again thanks to the Murrays and staff at Garden City Realty for a great house to stay in. While the unit was dated and door to the fridge was rusted like it had been sitting outside for a long period of time, the condo was very Clean and comfortable. The unit was right on the Water to the point high tide was only a few feet away which was nice. One of the elevators was out and we had a long walk to the other one. Apparently it's been that way for some time. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to a friend. Very courteous and helpful rental staff. Thanks

Small home on a side street with friendly neighbors and close to the beach. Comfortable beds. We wish the king bed was in the room with the private bath. The kitchen needs more dishes/cooking supplies and utensils.
