We enjoyed our stay at Beach Therapy. There was plenty of room and we were pleased with the cleanliness. The only negative was that Garden City would not pro rate the rental of a golf cart for 5 nights. That was disappointing.

We had a great week here! The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool; it is a great size with lots of chairs and tables. The shelf was a perfect spot for our youngest to sit and play. My kids loved all of the wildlife in and around the pond, geese, ducks, herons, turtles and fish that jumped constantly! The grill and tables were great to use for lunch and jumping back in pool. Beach access was 2 min away and the playground we visit when we come was less than 10. The kitchen is very well stocked. I was so glad to see plastic kid bowls and plates. There was plenty of cookware. We sat on the deck upstairs and relaxed in the early morning and evening. There is a gate to close off the stairs so that was helpful with young kids. The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
The only negatives (that will not deter me from renting again honestly) are that the washing machine and AC are incredibly loud. There was no doing laundry at night, I tried to make sure we would be mostly outside when it was on. When the AC came on, it felt great but conversation or TV volume definitely had to go up to compensate. The house is older so the doors do stick and can be hard to close.
We had an issue our last night and had to call maintenance out to help. When were finally able to get through, a person came quickly and was friendly and efficient in correcting our problem. It was an after hours call, so the we had to use the emergency number who basically just tried to take a message for when the office opened. We were finally able to get them to understand that 1) this is the emergency line, we would not call if it was not needed right away. 2) It was our last night and we needed to leave before the office opened. It's an emergency line, do not tell people to wait until the next day.

That didn't really affect our stay, just frustrating in the moment. We would stay here again for sure!!

It was GREAT!!!! Brought our boat for the week and enjoyed the inlet and beach!

We arrived to excellent weather and had our infant granddaughter and her parents with us for 10 days. Then hurricane Matthew arrived and we evacuated. It took property managers weeks to clean out the sand and damage. Beach access was never restored, a major inconvenience. One of two hot tubs was back in service 17 days later, one of two pools. Garden City Reality did the best they could under the circumstances, with lots of repair work to get things in shape. The beach was excellent, our view was superb, and the weather the rest of October was awesome.

The location was great! Loved sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the beautiful sunrise. We only had a couple of concerns the dishwasher wasn't working and no space in drawers or closet in the master bedroom for our belongings. We enjoyed our stay would return.

My husband and I found this house to be perfect for the two of us and our two little fur babies. loved the location, and loved the local neighbors.

The carpet had a huge stain on it. One of the beds which we didnt stay in had a bent leg broken But could have been from the renters before us.

We will try to rent this house again.

This was our first trip to Murrells Inlet as our family spent the first week of vacation in Hilton Head and ventured up to the Cozy Coastal Cottage for our second week away. We really loved Murrells Inlet and explored all around the area including Huntington Beach State Park, Pawley's Island, and Myrtle Beach. The Cottage was a perfect retreat after busy days at the beach, mini golf, dinners out, round of golf, and Myrtle Beach area fun. A few pros and cons for us below:
Pros:
-Very quiet, Gated community
-The cottage was well cleaned upon our arrival
-Lovely, oversized, naturally bright kitchen with beautiful windows
-Lovely front farmers porch with porch swing and rocking chairs
-Large, comfortable bedrooms with attached full bathrooms
-Even though it is an attached duplex, the home is quiet and private
-Dog friendly
-Community pool was a great plus!
-Gorgeous grounds and well cared for vegetation
-Proximity to a great golf course on property
-Good air conditioning, responsive maintenance support after the air conditioning had a minor issue, the maintenance team fixed it within a few hours-thank you!
Cons:
-The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced it's very soft and slanted
-Curtains in the bedrooms fit oddly to the windows which made it hard to keep out the light
-Shower drain master bath shower was broken. It needs to be replaced.

We had such a wonderful stay and so enjoyed exploring Murrells Inlet and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning!

This rental was spacious with a view that can't be beat. The panoramic views were enjoyed every minute of our stay. The bathrooms were beautifully remodeled with the Master having a walk in shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house location is perfect-it is on a canal and across the street from a beach access. There was a beach access across the street, so we would load our cooler and wagon and take the short walk across the street. The beach area was never crowded. In the evenings we would enjoy a cold beverage while sitting on the covered dock watching boats pass by in the canal. The swimming pool was an added bonus. We appreciated that it was cleaned a few times during our stay. The inside of the house has been updated and the kitchen has any tool or appliance you could possibly need. We received a very quick response with a small issue we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this home.
