The property was ideally located (across the beach with convenient access to the swimming pool. The property was really clean and organized. The only constructive feedback is that some of the furniture needs updating and several light bulbs were missing or not working. Overall, we loved the place.

We have stayed in the Thomas House for 10 + years. We come down every year for two weeks in June. We love it here. This was the cleanest the house ever was. We love the privacy being so far down on Waccamaw. The only trouble we had was the new check in. We waited all day even after 4:30 with now call. However when we went to check in anyway, our keys were ready. The line was still wrapped around the parking lot.

We rented Heaven Can Wait during Covid. We decided to social distance at the beach with our own private pool and hot tub and this place ended up being PERFECT! Seeing it was May the pool was heated and the whole family enjoyed many fun hours swimming. The beach is directly in front of your deck! You have the most perfect views of the Ocean while eating on the patio or sitting in the hot tub! The interior of the home was perfect. All bedrooms have a bathroom which is very helpful for large groups. We were only 9 people so the extra bedrooms were used as offices seeing all adults were still "working" while visiting. The home is towards the end of Murrells Inlet so you are not on the busy section of the beach. We can't wait to return to this wonderful beach home.

The condo was beautiful, I loved the view! Looking out over the ocean was wonderful! Only one negative to say. Twice I came back to the condo I had rented for 23 days, and the Balcony furniture was all in living room. I could not see the TV!! Some one came into
My place and did not even call me to
Let me know! I had to have a friend move it back out twice!! I was not pleased. Not a word from
Anyone. I found out later they were doing the floor. But they did not come back to move furniture for me either! Other than that it was perfect!!

We had the best vacation ever, thanks to Garden City Reality. we arrived early and the condo was perfect & clean,just like the pictures on line.we park our car on the second parking level right near our unit.the two elevators were right from the door.Go down two levels to pools,hot tops& ocean. the staff was great& helpfull. I definitly wiil use Garden City Reality for our next vacation.Garden City Beach is the best. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND THE BALCONY IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THE PLACE COULD USE SOME OVERALL UPDATES.
