We haven't been to the Myrtle Beach area for 20+ years. And, found that the Garden City area (at least during the off season) is still relatively quiet and more family friendly. Murrell's Inlet on the other hand is more busier than I recalled. Still wonderful food and "quaint". LOVE the fresh seafood! Our vacation rental (Penthouse) we loved with the wrap around and opened deck. While it was too cold for the pools, they were open and available. The property was well maintained with the start up of flowered pots and budding trees. Quite beautiful!

We have been coming to Surfside for many years and we enjoyed this condo the best of all that we have stayed in. We had perfect weather and the patio provided us a very nice view. We really enjoyed the umbrella and chairs provided to us for a couple of days also. We will be coming back here next year!!

HE 101 was a great choice for our vacation this year. We enjoyed it immensely. The location of the condo was perfect for our needs with great views and accessibility. There was never a wait for an elevator or mad dash to "check in" or unload on the first day like other places we have stayed. Parking was plentiful as well compared to other places as well. The entire building was clean and maintained as one should be. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and would definitely stay here again. My one complaint was that we were unable to find extra light bulbs in the condo and there were quite a few that were burned out, other than that, the place was perfect and we will be returning next year.

Great view! The condo was somewhat upgraded (new flooring/paint) and the bed was relatively comfortable (this is ALWAYS my big concern)!! Only concern was the bathtub having a crack in the bottom (covered up by a rubber mat). I would definitely consider staying at this one again!

This house worked out beautifully for our family vacation. We especially liked the setup with the pool and Mermaids bar area. There was also extra table/seating in the great room which worked out great when there were too many of us for sitting around the table for meals.

We had the best vacation ever, thanks to Garden City Reality. we arrived early and the condo was perfect & clean,just like the pictures on line.we park our car on the second parking level right near our unit.the two elevators were right from the door.Go down two levels to pools,hot tops& ocean. the staff was great& helpfull. I definitly wiil use Garden City Reality for our next vacation.Garden City Beach is the best. My family and I stayed at Beach Lane for a long weekend to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday! The house had plenty of room for all three families, 12 people total. It's is very well laid out and the view is fantastic. We enjoyed how close and easy it was to get to the beach. The lawn and area under the house are perfect for entertaining and there's plenty of room for parking.We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Beach Lane again! The only suggestion I would make is possibly updating the furniture in the living room. The couches and chairs are a little worn out.

Front row ocean front property. Perfect for us snowbirds. On site Garden City Realty staff were excellent. WiFi was very inconsistent - sometimes ok, many times very slow, or WIFI connection just drops out. Seems to me they need a technology upgrade. Hot tub at night being sometimes used by non-residents and quite noisy.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

For the reasonable rate this house was great. Maybe a complete cleaning soon would be nice but overall it was in great shape. If the rate stays reasonable we will be back over and over.

This was the second time I and 4 of my friends stayed in Number 613, south tower. It is a very good location with lots of privacy on the balcony. This space was really nice last time, but even better this time, with nice furnishings on the balcony containing a table and 4 chairs and a separate seating area. I loved the 2 king beds and the double and twin in the third bedroom and the three bathrooms. It was a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and new flooring had been placed therein. The owners had very tasteful decor. We loved our stay.
