This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit and it works well for us. The only problems were the bathroom sinks ran very slowly and the master bath fan was useless and was stuck to the ceiling with 1 screw. Sofas needed cleaing! We loved everything else.

We have been fortunate to stay at the Mariposa twice. eleven years ago when our family was. Little smaller and now much larger, celebrating our 50th anniv. With our children, grandchildren. Friends that live in Market Commons only minutes away celebrated with us as well. Eleven years later the house was still meticulous and charming. Pam, who I believe may be the owner surprised us with 50th Anniversary 7 layer cake, delish. She is adorable. Professional, courteous as we’re booking with them, staff coming for pool cleaning etc. great house, great owners, great people, beautiful porch with so many rocking chairs that would delight even the grumpiest of people. Loved our stay in a Garden City Realty rental this past October.

The house was clean, well equipped, allowed dogs, and had a great view of the Surfside Beach. Never having stayed in a beach house rental before, we were skeptical, but GCR made everything easy! No issues or problems.

Even though the house we stayed in is no longer available for rent, we will use GCR to find our next beach paradise later this year!

First off, I want to say Garden City Realty is wonderful! They are great to rent from, we’ve rented from them before, I’m sure we’ll do so again. The cottage at Wachesaw was very nice, great location, very quiet. The water heater was turned off, my husband found the breaker behind a picture on the wall. There wasn’t a couch, only chairs, and no living room lamps, only overhead lighting. The bathtub was missing the plug. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, very spacious. Very beautiful area for walks. However, when we arrived at the gate the first day, we showed the lady at the guard house our parking pass from Garden City Realty, no problem at all. When we went out and came back, there was a man at the guard house who was very rude! He told us Garden City Realty wasn’t allowed to give us those parking passes that we can’t get in with that, I told him it got us in earlier that day. I understand there are security protocols, but, he didn’t have to be so rude about it, he was very condescending, he didn’t want to hear anything we had to say. We’ve stayed at the cottages previously, no problems at all. Other than him, we had a pleasant stay.

One Ocean Place has been a good place to stay over the years. The condo we rented was in good shape and all amenities worked great. The furniture and TV were really nice for 4 people. The maintenance guy quickly helped with getting the TV started and the office staff were great to work with. Needs a Queen bed in extra bedroom. We are likely to rent this condo again.

Very easy checking and checkout process. This is our 20th year to stay at this location. First time in this unit and it did not disappoint. Very nice!
