This was our 2nd year at this rental, the house and pool are always clean, when we arrive, we are a short walk to the beach and central to shopping and dining locations. There are plenty of things in the area to keep you busy.

Great location, nice pool, wonderful view with large balcony. Condo has nice king bed, but the sleeper sofa isn’t fit for adults or children. I could not sleep at all, and it detracted from my vacation to be so tired. Pool area needs bathroom access; you have to go to your condo to use the bathroom. Ample seating at dining table, loved being able to wash and dry clothes. Door knob is not as shown in photo so bringing a child safety door knob cover didn’t help keep my kids safely inside. We had to block door with dining chair and luggage. Also, even though it’s a first floor condo, the balcony is not ground level and my toddler could fit between rails. We had a great time playing at the beach though.

We stayed in Surf Master 405 and it was the best. Very clean and well-maintained. There was an open house at the Garden City Realty office and I won a $25 gift certificate to the Wahoo Fish House in Murrells Inlet. I can't praise it enough, it was so good. Being in a beautiful condo on the beach is wonderful. We enjoyed our month stay there and will definitely go back.

The view from PHC was fantastic and location as well! The one thing I would suggest is adding a ceiling fan in the back bedroom. You can't open the window because you are by the elevator. The bathroom off this room could use a new toilet as well. Everything else was great! I am ready to go back again. Thank you owner for sharing!! Pam from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

We had a great time staying in this unit! There was a problem with the washing machine and we called the maintenance department. They came out right away and fixed it that afternoon. We were very happy with this unit and the service we received from Garden City Realty! Looking forward to next year!

We loved the place and all of the extra touches like books, puzzles, kids toys etc. BUT the living room was awful to sit in. It’s so bad I couldn’t even stand up on my own.....I had to have help every time and it wasn’t very comfortable either. I saw the bad furniture reviews from last year and assumed something had been done about it. Nope. My star reviews are based on the living room furniture and the challenges we had with it. Otherwise the star reviews would have been all 5s. Would definitely stay again if there’s new living furniture.

This condo was very nice, high up (14th floor), and relatively clean (still some little areas with dead bugs and/or food bits). The sofas looked relatively new, but the pullout beds weren't comfortable. The bedroom was nice, but again, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I know that we were down to 1 elevator, but it would have been nice when the maintenance staff was holding up the elevators to let other floors be advised (my husband waited over 30 min for an elevator @ 730am, and had to walk up 14 flights)!

The oceanfront building is located about midway between Garden City and Surfside Piers. Great location. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious. Recent renos look great. Bathrooms still need a facelift but overall very nice. New kitchen appliances, but old cupboards. Unit has an oceanfront view and the north side of the unit is all windowed so you have a great view when you sit on the couch. Mirrors on the south wall reflect north view so it's a nice touch. Patio is huge with ample seating and hot tub. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were tastefully decorated and each had its own bathroom. Master has a safe. Unit was clean. Property manager was very quick to respond to our issue with the furnace (had some cold weather). Conch Café is just a few hundred feet north of the building-good place to eat lunch or dinner. My only complaints are that we were not told that this unit is on the 9th floor and we arrived after the office closed so we had to find it - thought a Penthouse would be top floor. Also, the sign in the condo says the hot tub is cleaned every Tues, Thurs and upon departure but it wasn't. We had to request that service which we did on a Monday and it was cleaned on the Friday (the day before we left). Other than that, it was a great stay. I liked that there was an office on site which was very convenient especially when leaving, easy to drop keys off.
