Our relationship with Garden City Realty has been AMAZING, from day one Drew Streett was our realtor he was attentive, honest and was more then helpful. He listened to our wants in a house and worked at finding that for us as we lived in another state he was willing to go the extra mile to assist us. we were floored that after the closing Drew reached out to us to see if there was anything we needed and to assure us he was there if we needed. My husband and I felt like family not just a business transaction. We are using Garden City as the property managers of our new home. Well just as with Drew everyone in Owner Services has been amazing as rookie vacation rental homeowners Heidi has welcomed us with open arms from the moment we showed up without an appointment. Heidi is such a sweet kind and helpful resource. I have such a level of trust and comfortability with each and every person I work with in the Owner Services Team. Dennis is truly running a top notch crew and we are so blessed to be part of the Garden City Crew!!!!

We stay at this property every year, but we usually stay in a different unit. The lighting was very dim in this condo but the skylights helped during the day. Lots of fun things added: Cards, games, books, music, and videos for rainy day fun! A great week was had here. Only con: minimal pots and pans..

We had a wonderful time with family. We were pleased with the rental house. The decor was very updated. The location was great. There were two broken chairs at the dining table that we could not use but other than that the house was great and would definitely Rent it again. This was our first year at the beach for the 4th of July. The golf cart parade was fun and the fireworks were awesome.

we stayed at Caroline-a-Daye's it was an incredible house, very well decorated and clean. Only 2 minor issues, the pool was suppose to be heated and the pool heater kicked on and off all night which kept us all up. I called the rental office and they send someone with propane and this seemed to fix the issue but it was the day before we were leaving. The staff at the rental office was great, I attempted to change properties and they were very accommodating!!! I would highly recommend property as well as rental company!!!!
