We have been tenants in Unit 201 for 2 months and have one more to go. Our experience has been wonderful. The unit is a bit dated, yet has all the conveniences needed. The cleaning service that was used prior to our move- in really did a great job. The location is perfect. A big plus is the washer and dryer in the unit. I would recommend this unit.

wonderful location, awesome view, wonderful amenities- pool- beach access - elevator, convenient parking, the kitchen in the condo was very dated. the refrigerator froze my food even after turning it down. 1 burner on the stove did not work even after figiting with the connection. microwave, the toaster, &coffee maker where in great working order. plenty of dishes and bakeware but could have used bigger pots to boil pasta. sheets were very thin. towels were great. balcony wonderful.

This was our first vacation since 2005. We viewed several real estate websites before selecting Garden City Realty. We could not have been more pleased with the agency. The house was nice and what we expected. We enjoyed the knotty pine features. The house was much more equipped with amenities such as dishes, cooking items, and barbeque grill. Really didn't need to bring anything to cook with at all. The only drawback we experienced was the fact that you could not open the windows and listen to the ocean at night. As far as the view goes, you couldn't ask for a better view for second row housing. The ease of access and safety to the beach was very comforting. Overall, in relationship to the other houses it was a relatively quiet place. We would recommend the house to anyone who would like to get away for the week.

We had to deal with the HURRICANE and evacuate. We had a good vacation even though the pool, hot tub and access to he beach were limited.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to locate a new property at the last minute for a one month stay in your area. The staff was most helpful and very cooperative in helping locate a suitable place. We were quite happy with the property, so much so, that we will return to this property in March of next year. Thanks to the Housekeeping staff also for finding and holding some items which we had overlooked as we departed. They cheerfully and promptly agreed to mail the items at the soonest opportunity. They could not have assisted us in a more thoughtful and kind way. We are very happy to make our arrangements through Garden City Realty and will continue to do so in the future. Excellent , would especially like to recognize Kerry (sp) from maintenance. Our TV in the main living area was not working. He went above and beyond first trouble shooting the situation (made two trips to Spectrum himself) then ultimately meeting Spectrum at the unit making sure the issue was taken care of.

Glad Tidings has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Private dock on the inlet for the fisherman in the group and a private pool in the backyard for lots of cooling off and a beautiful you might as well say private beach just across the street. This makes our 6th stay at Glad Tidings and we will be back! We have stayed in other homes and none measure up to the overall package that Glad Tidings presents...she has become our home away from home.

We enjoyed our fabulous view.The room was clean and decorated very cute. It was a great location. It was a little warmer than my A/C at home, I would recommend the owners keep some floor fans there to help circulate some air. Other than that it was good.
