Surf Master accommodations are excellent. Well maintained grounds and buildings. We have been extremely pleased with the condo we rented. It had all the amenities of home with a well equipped kitchen. The spectacular sunrises from the balcony are priceless. Many fine dining opportunities are close by. Garden City Realators are wonderful to work with available whenever you have any questions or concerns. Our agent worked diligently to put us in the same unit next year(our 5th ). In reference to the four stars in the property's condition, we have a couple of suggestions. 1) The exhaust fan in the main bathroom needs to work, all it does right now is noise and does not exhaust. 2) the screen sliding door at the balcony needs a pair of wheels which will make it easier to use as we enjoy the fresh air but not the bugs. Other than that, we have had a great two weeks and we will be back next year. Thank you!

Garden Realty was great to work with. We had to change our dates and they were able to accommodate us. They had our room ready by check in and everything was as advertised. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. We love this part of the beach and the security of this resort is great. They resort cleaned the pool and decksearly am...finishing up by 6am. The rooms are quiet, we did not hear any noise from those around us. Will definitely stay here again!

This is our 14th year staying at Compass Rose. It meets all of our criteria for a wonderful vacation spot. It is Ocean Front, has a screened in porch overlooking a beautiful pool, and has very nice furnishings. The owners keep it in good shape year after year.

Great, except for such an upgraded unit, it had a very old tv in the main area, and bedroom tvs were only about 12" Two of us were recouping from surgery,so inside a lot,would have appreciated HD tv,flat screen to match the rest of the decor,after all, WalMart has them for very good prices almost every weeekend.Also the elevators in our bldg,only two, one broken,no excuse this day and time knowing the busy time of the year is almost always at the beach,so this should have been taken care of fast,waiting takes up our vacation took way too long to get up and down to the pool and beach area, and we learned from others, it has been broken a while, not the day before we got there..

Check in process was fast, professional and staff were very friendly. They even called a few days into the vacation to make sure we were having a great time. This house is beautiful with plenty of room for all 12 of us. We were a little worried being so close to the jetty but it really wasn't a problem at all. The views from the upstairs deck was amazing. The lower deck has a porch swing that my husband and I would sit in and just watch the waves roll in. We were close to the inlet and walked there almost daily and found some really good shells. We also seen dolphins almost daily. We had a great 2 weeks and would stay here again.
