We had a wonderful rental experience. The location of the property was excellent. The only downside to the property is the beds. Only one King size bed, everything else is full or twin. This makes it hard for tall people. Also, the beds were hard. Some people like hard beds so that is not a problem either. We are accustomed to softer beds. It was a renters paradise. You could tell things were well thought out. I loved the dock and beach access directly in front of the house.

Just what the doctor ordered for a nearby getaway weekend. Felt like a world away. Just wish the black plastic mesh covering balcony railing weren't partially blocking the view while seated. Understand it's for animal and children protection, but definitely affects view from balcony.

It's been over 30 years since previously staying at Marlin Quay and it was great to see it didn't lose its charm and has only improved, especially with the recently updated windows and doors. 202 was the best - clean, well-maintained, extremely comfortable, quiet, very secure, and reasonably priced with amazing views and close to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. The Quay restaurant next door has incredible food and it's nice to be able to just walk over. The Marina Store is also convenient to pop in for drinks, snacks, etc. The owner of the property had made some furniture updates between us booking and arriving, which was a nice surprise and made the stay even more comfortable. The balcony has plenty of furniture to sit and relax. Garden City Realty has wonderful customer service and communication making booking, arriving, staying, and departing so easy. With the marina, ocean, and sunset views we didn't want to leave but hope to be back next year to enjoy this fantastic property!

We have used this property for our family vacation over the past several years and love it. The kitchen is perfect for family dinners and game nights with a view that's to die for. However, this year the floors were sticky, and the unit had an odor like someone was smoking. Also, the couch really needs to be replaced as it has no support when you sit, and you sink down into it (not in a good way). One other issue we found was that the outside patio needs some love, a couple of nice highboy table sets to be able to eat outside and enjoy the surroundings. The current chairs were rusted and sat low, not allowing clear views of the ocean.

The place itself was amazing. They were supposed to clean the pool and hot tub twice. When they didn't come the second time, I called the Office and they said they were going to send them, and that never happened. We couldn't use the hot tub first two days because it was so murky. Paid a lot of money. Very disappointed.

We rented this house at the last minute and it exceeded our expectations. A bedroom and bathroom for each couple was a luxury and the pool was never unused. Dock well equipped for all our fishing needs including an outlet that we could run a drop cord to charge the boat battery. Kitchen well stocked with every appliance and cooking utensil you could need. Whole family enjoyed their stay!!!
