We always love coming to the beach. We love One Ocean Place. This unit was awesome. The only complaint we had was...we called the office on Saturday morning and asked if our unit was ready...the reply was yes. So, we came to check-in to only find it was not ready. But, we still got into our unit early and enjoyed our stay.

My and my girlfriends stay here every year and love it. The location is perfect! Can't get any closer to the ocean, many great restaurants nearby.. the Conch Café, Sara J's, Gulfstream Café, Bubba Gumps and a very short drive to Muriel's Inlet. The condo is clean and spacious for the 3 of us.

Windham

The unit was ideal for a family of 5. Only negative was lack of hot water for the 4th and 5th person taking a shower. Everything else couldn't have been better!!!

Wonderful and very relaxing! Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the lounger on the balcony. So glad the cable included the sports package although it was missing the BTN channel. Go Bucks!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you would need, and even included items for the beach, which was a nice surprise! The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches. The view from the balcony was exquisite! I would definitely stay here again!

Mechanicsburg

We loved staying at Gulf Stream Villa 114. It was perfect for us in every way. Love having it all with the pool, ocean, and bay views of the sunsets. Beaches are practically private. Villa 114 was very well stocked for making meals, updated, clean and tastefully decorated. Would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Kings Mountain

This was our 1st time staying in unit 104. This unit came with a covered parking space which was nice when it rained. All the comforts of home, however it would be nice to have a hair dryer. My 96-year-old father requested to stay at Marlin Quay one more time before he gets too old. He was somewhat disappointed as there was Palm Tree obstructing part of the inlet view. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

We stay at this property every year, but we usually stay in a different unit. The lighting was very dim in this condo but the skylights helped during the day. Lots of fun things added: Cards, games, books, music, and videos for rainy day fun! A great week was had here. Only con: minimal pots and pans..

We have stayed at this unit several times and at the complex many times. Our stays have been very and any issues have always been addressed in a timely matter. However I'm sure we'll return after the 50% plus rate increases. If you rent the unit out let say 35 weeks in a year that's over a $35,000.00 increase in revenue. What cost have increased that much???? There's no explanation as to why or justification other than cost went up. Everyone's cost have gone up but not $35,000.00 a year. We found this to be true for most of the units. Maybe price gouging is more in the vacation rental industry than in the grocery industry. I was told there was no large building maintenance project coming up. So, I don't know. We usually have booked at least two weeks for the upcoming season by now. Still on the fence. Wish we were given a much clearer explanation
for this. We are sticker shocked!! Can you blame us!!
