The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo was well equipped. I enjoyed the recliner. Management was very helpful with a couple minor glitches.Door wouldn't lock and no instructions on how to use TV streaming service.

We had a very nice stay in Surf Master 508. The only issues we had were - When we arrived on Sat. we saw the bathroom toilet seat was cracked through in the 3rd bedroom with kingsize bed. We called and left message & it was replaced on Mon. Also the faucet in the kitchen is not stable & moves around. This should be checked out. We enjoyed the unit and would definitely rent it again.

The house was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room except when we were all trying to be in the kitchen at the same time. The dock and pool were well maintained also.

We typically rent a beach house but we only had 4 in our party this year so we decided to not go with a house. We really enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster Penthouse B! Like other reviews have stated, I do wish the king bed bedroom had a TV, but other than that I can’t complain.

Rental agent was very halpful in finding us the perfect place. It was cleaned and ready for us in a timely manner. beautifully decorated, very clean, was perfect for a 82 & 85 year olds. The view of the beach and water were peerfect. Good experience.

This was a great beach house. We didn’t lack for anything. We had everything that was needed. The house set up with all the rooms was wonderful. The pool area was also wonderful we had enough lounge chairs and seating. The only thing was the internet would cut out ,especially at night for a few hours.

We stayed at Surf master 307 the week after Labor Day Weekend. It is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you'd expect. Great location right on the ocean front. The condo was clean and everything worked fine except the rear right burner on the stove. Loved the fact that they supplied beach chairs and toys for the kids although they should advertise that so we wouldn't have to pack all of it for the trip down. We wouldn't have had to bring a thing for the beach. Furniture was in good shape and the flat screen televisions were great. Great place to stay for the family.

We loved the people that were also staying at this condo location. Very friendly and informative of where to go to further enjoy our stay. We would definitely return to this site again as we had a very restful and peaceful stay yet it was close to many other sites to have a wonderful fun time.

Wonderful location. Loved being right on the Ocean. The condo was clean, but could use some updating. My only and biggest complaint is the elevator close to our condo was out of order. We had to carry our luggage and everything we bought Avery long way from the working elevator. Doesn’t sound that bad until you make three or four trips. We are in our 70’s and it was a hardship for us.

Our stay in unit 511 was very nice. We come to the surfside/Garden City area a couple of times a year. This is our first stay at the Surfmaster. We stayed the first week in October. This is a good beach area. A few things could be updated. The carpet seemed older and worn, but I know replacing it with tile, or even new carpeting, can be a costly undertaking. The sink and shower fixtures could use some updating also. All in all it is a really nice unit with plenty of room for your family. The large sofa was excellent. Would book this unit again.

We have stayed at Surf Master many times but never in this condo. We found it to be in excellent condition. Only one minor complaint, very limited cookware. Specifically, no frying pans. Luckily we brought our own.

The condo is my favorite @ Garden City beach. Love the deck!!!!! Building is in need of repairs though. Some repairs started, but found rusty nails & staples in sand.
