Planned a last minute trip for some beach time , Condo was very clean and bright . Perfect get away place. The only thing I would have changed is to have a bedroom facing the ocean.

This was our second summer vacation at this property and we enjoyed the facilities with one exception. The beds were way too soft for our comfort. Since we are accustomed to firmer mattresses our sleep was not the best. We will not stay there again unless the mattresses are replaced. Otherwise, no other complaints but lots of compliments.

Vacation was great. Weather was good. Only complaint is that washer was extremely noisy in spin cycle. Worked. We would leave to eat dinner and washed our clothes.

The unit was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. Everything was provided for our stay except for the ocean side door key but that was rectified on Monday with the addition of a keyless lock.

we stayed for a week at sea oaks 303 in september. the condo was extremely clean, had everything that we needed for our stay. everything was in excellent working order. the only thing that i can say that really didnt work great for us, is the shower in the master bedroom is very small. but i am sure this is how they are in most of the condos here, as we stayed in a different one last year, and the shower was the same size. also, the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy when we would move. might want to upgrade that. all in all, i would recommend this condo to anyone! we had a great time, and definitely enjoyed the pool!!

Very relaxing. Unit was clean. As someone who owned a house in Surfside until two years ago and did not rent it out, I wasn't sure what to expect from a rental, but it was nice.

We were in Mrytle Beach for a dance competition and this condo was the perfect getaway and resting place from our hectic dance schedule that week. Love the beach and location. The unit was beautiful. We had 9 people and it accommodated us perfectly. Love the kitchen! Lots of space! Would like some more rugs though. Floor get damp wirh humidity and sandy We stayed in 2016 at Atalaya Towers and I loved the location then which brought me back. I like that its in a quieter area and love the marsh and inlets. Definitely would stay again.

House was great, and Realty Company was great. We loved staying at Amazing Grace. The walk to the beach was very easy and just a short stroll down the street. The pool was our favorite part; we were in the pool every afternoon. The screened-in front porch was perfect for eating breakfast and lunch.

We had a great view of the ocean and the sunset over the marsh from the top patio. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. The beds were comfortable, and the place was roomy.

Very convenient and easy to get to Murrells Inlet from the house. The house was spotless when we arrived, and when we had one minor issue, the Garden City Realty was very responsive and fixed the issue fast.

We would definitely stay here again and hope to again next year. It was great that we were able to bring our dog along with us on vacation. House was excellent, and the realty company was great.

Moncks Corner

This is our 3rd year renting this house. It is perfect for our family with every bedroom having its own bath. Great view of the oceanside and the marsh making sitting on the deck in the mornings such a pleasure! Docks, boat ramp and pool provide other options for entertainment to the beach experience. They are building a house next door this year which made for more noise than usual but that is understandable and did not spoil our fun!
