It was a great place! Fairly new updates and was very clean. The only things noted were there was no vacuum to get up the sand, no scissors in the kitchen, and the balcony floor needs replaced.

Waterforde 203 is the property that our family searched for as a beachfront rental for years. It is very comfortable, clean, and perfectly meets our needs. The owners have thoughtfully and carefully provided practically everything a family needs at their home-away-from-home. We all relax when we walk in the door. This unit says "beach", "relax", and "you are at a happy place". In fact, my daughter was at the pool this year and said, "This is my happy place." What higher compliment could be given than that?!?

GCR made renting easy for us!

My husband bought Surf master #305 in May of 2016 after selling a townhouse. We didn't intend to rent it but South Carolina law required that we honor existing rentals for 90 days, basically the summer of 2016. We placed it with Garden City Realty. Garden City Realty's on-site team was so friendly and helpful and made renting so easy for us folks who are not local that we decided to continue to rent our place. In addition, we purchased a second unit, #107, in January of 2017 and remodeled it. The new unit had not been rented and we feared it would take several years for it to build a good rental base. Garden City Realty really worked hard for us and through their efforts, it is now rented all weeks from May through August of 2018. We are ecstatic!

Toilets ran all the time,parking was terrible,only issued two parking passes,we had three cars had to park a block away,if you are paying 1800 a week and sleeps 10 why shouldn't you get three parking passes,we were told because of the HOA only two passes,well what about the people who only have one vehicle or the units that are empty,couldn't you use their extra passes to accommodate party's of 3 cars surely their can't be that many extras and the security are Nazi car booting,if your car gets a boot it will cost you a $100.00 bill to get the boot off,they don't come and ask you to move they just boot you.

The house is spacious, and perfect for up to 14 people or more if you just have many kids. The pool at the house is a good size for for everyone in the house to relax, and a great break from beach. Just two blocks from the beach and several bars and restaurants within a block walk as well.
