Overall the condo was great! Location could blnot have been better. Parking is a little snug but not terrible. The washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus but the lint vent needs a cleaning. We were only able to do one small load because it took over 3 hours for the clothes to dry bc the lint was so built up behind the trap. The only "negative" was the day We arrived, we were told the day prior that we would receive a text message when the unit was ready and we could go to it. However that text never came. I called the leasing office at 415 and nobody answered. We ended up just going to the condo and taking our chances it was ready. If checking in on a Sunday was the issue, then maybe we should have just been told Saturday it was ready and to go after 4. We wasted half a day waiting for a message we stillnhave bot received. Other than that everything was great and we will 100% be back.

I have been coming to GarDen City since 1965. That makes me an ardent fan and a picky tourist. Sea Camp is a wonderful, spacious house for a family vacation. Its location with the wide and beautiful strand is perfect. As long as our family continues to fit in the home, we will book a week at Sea Camp.

1906 So Waccamaw has driven my family to start a new tradition - spending the Christmas holidays down in Myrtle Beach. This year, 2024, will be our fifth year celebrating the Christmas holidays in 1906 So Waccamaw. The house is beautiful inside and out and has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Each room has a deck, which offer great views of the beach. The upgrades were a pleasant find also.

My wife and I recently stayed the week of 5/7/16 at Summer Breeze. It was a great vacation home with a covered porch that was right at the ocean at high tide. Great location close to numerous places to eat and shop. The only drawback for us is the 2 flights of stairs to get in and out of the home. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Our stay was nice. The house is lovely. We were disappointed in the rebooking schedule for 2026. We were not allowed to rent the same week again for the next year because the people staying the previous week had priority.

This property management company went above and beyond when our WiFi was not working, they had techs at the door in 24hrs to make sure the problem was resolved! Top notch customer service! We love staying at Inlet Pointe. Easy access to the beach & the view of the sunset every evening is just breathtaking off the Inlet. Love watching the boats come & go to Murrells Inlet. Fishing off our own pier. WOW! Great price too in the fall.
