We had a great vacation in Garden City - as always.
Sanderling is a nice house - well stocked, lots of games and books available for guests, included the linens/bath towels/dish cloths (which was great!!.), good location. Pros: Right on the beach, updated, outside shower and the rinse off shower were nice, elevator to get your stuff up to the top level...if we go to GC again next year we would stay there. Cons: Narrow living space if you have small children, AC does not Work well on one side of the house.
Helpful info: Rent a golf cart for the week to get back and forth to the pier, Kroger, arcade, and just for fun! Graham's Landing Restaurant in Murrells Inlet is a good place to eat as well as the Conch Cafe in Surfside (great shrimp Po' Boy (but leave off the provolone cheese) Pam and Neal's In Surfside for Monday night trivia and beverages... good burgers, too.

This place was GREAT! Everything we needed was available in this unit. The extra beach chairs and accessories in the closet were a nice bonus. If we stay here again it's nice to know we may not even need to bring those things! I would definitely consider this rental again when vacationing in garden city.

excellent stay and a wonderful property in a quiet are of Murrells Inlet.
Compared to other rentals in the same complex- the rental price was high- but the condo is updated and well furnished.

This is our 2nd stay at this unit (106). They recently spent money on upgrades and it is absolutely lovely. New furniture, rugs,tv's, paint, artwork, bathroom upgrade. So comfortable and so relaxing. The view is spectacular from the balcony. Can see beach, pool and spa. Sheltered from the wind. Can sleep 5 people. Just my husband and I and what a relaxing time we had. Thank you. We will be back! The check-in is easy and the people are so friendly.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the VIP House. The floor plan is wonderful for 2 families, because there are 2 master bedrooms and the balcony can serve as another living space upstairs. The house is located so near to the pier that it gives young teens the freedom to walk to the arcade and eating places. The furnishings were very nice. My only suggestion would be to fix the dryer. It took several cycles to dry clothes. However, it was still one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thanks GC Realty and VIP House!

Upon arrival at rental property found it was not actually ocean front but had another structure between it and the beach. The agency relocated us after I explained about the handicapped people in my group where we were ocean front. Thanks you made the trip memorable for tne handicapped people.

We had a wonderful vacation at Seacamp! We shared the beach house with another family and found we had plenty of space for all nine of us. The view of the ocean was outstanding (we could see dolphins from our bedroom!!) and the house was very clean and well kept with a very homey feel. The sandy beach was amazing and was where we spent most of our time, building sand castles, searching for shells and shark teeth, walking the shoreline, and basking in the sunshine. There was also great shopping, with the outlets in close proximity, as well as grocery stores nearby.
We would absolutely return to Seacamp for another vacation!!
