Conch Baby is a very nice house. Plenty of room for a group of 6 to 10 easily. The view is beyond amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We celebrated a special anniversary there and the Garden City staff was so nice, they left us an anniversary card! We found the house just as pictured!

We moved our stay to Garden City from Myrtle Beach because of the COVID thinking it would not be as crowded. We loved our Condo at Ocean Cove 306, had a couple of things that needed repair and when I called Maintence was right there. Loved sitting on the screen in balcony and on the one that wasn’t screen in. We loved it so much that we booked it again for next year before we left!

This is the 4th winter I've stayed in this property. The location is excellent and the building is well maintained.
The staff at Garden City Reality is professional,friendly and quick to respond to any concerns.
My only complaint that over the 4 years I've noticed that every year when we return, the furniture at Waterforde 403 is becoming more and more stained from people staying there. A deep clean of the furniture is the only improvement needed.
Can't wait to return again this year.

By the second day of our stay we were feeling right at home! The front porch was where we spent a lot of time in the very comfortable porch swing. The rooms are large and airy with lots of windows and nice shades. All room decore was really homey and tasteful. The kitchen appliances large and small were great! Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. Large washer and dryer very useful. We hated to leave and hope to stay here again!

truly fabulous 2nd time we stayed there this year. 3 times in past 2 yrs.house lives up to its name .. the sunsets from the inlet decks are great for the photographer or photographers at heart to capture. prior to finding this house we stayed ocean front BUT this house and setting doesnot hold a candle to the ocean front homes we have stayed in .. and beach access is across street .. 4 GENERATIONS have shared this house and is accessible to all .. THANK YOU.

Although we've been taking our Fall vacation @ Myrtle Beach for several years, this was our first stay @ Mariposa. What a beautiful house! Since we're all getting a little older, we really appreciated the elevator, esp for our luggage & groceries! The hot tub & heated pool were wonderful! The house was very well-maintained, & clean. We loved that the long dining room table was big enough that we could all sit together for dinner. And the double appliances were perfect for our needs. Now, if you could just guarantee a couple more days of sunshine, all would be perfect! I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family.

We had a wonderful stay a Mariposa. We loved the cottage style decor which was so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect and the expansive screened in porch gave us a seemingly panoramic view of the ocean. We had some concerns however that the kids would get splinters on the porch floor and railings. One of the dishwashers malfunctioned but it was great having two. We had some trouble adjusting to the electric stove. The kitchen was well-equiped with the exception of wine glasses and smaller plastic bowls and plates for little ones. We loved the large table that seats 16 comfortably! We would definitely come back. The pool and jaccuzzi were great too!

We have been staying at beachside windy hill since 2015 and we would not want to stay anywhere else. It is right across from a beach access which makes it perfect to walk back and forth to the beach with ease.

Beautiful condo. Clean, neat, everything we needed was available. We have stayed at the sundial many times and love that we can access the pool and beach right from our balcony with the spiral staircase.

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. Great location. Pool was very nice and well kept. As always, the beach in the area is clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again!
