Any time we visit our condo it is always clean and meticulous. Garden City's maid service under the direction of Vicky Cooper gives so much attention to detail. We are pleased to be part of GCR at Surf master.

Overall nice condo. Had to run the dishwasher a couple of times to get rid of a bad smell where it had not completed running the last cycle and dirty water was left standing in it for a while.

We have stayed at Madame Butterfly three times. It is the perfect vacation home for two people. The staff at Garden City Realty are extremely helpful and professional. I left two personal chargers behind. The housekeeper notified the office immediately. Jessie left a message on our home phone at 9:51am. We were still at the Myrtle Beach Airport.
In addition to the house being perfect, the weather was also. We had non-stop sun every day with temperatures in the mid to upper 70’s. The Absolutely Perfect Vacation!!!!

We were very happy with our stay in Unit 904N overall. Beautiful Oceanfront Condo. Equipped Kitchen. Great Place to stay. Only a few complaints. The Master Bedroom sliding glass door would not slide open with ease. Could not use all week. That was a real disappointment. The second bedroom had a problem with tub draining. The dryer filter came off and no way to put back on to do our laundry unless Maintenance came up but did not want. Last 2 days the beach was under construction (moving sand?)and could not access the beach and construction noise was all night long.

Our extended family of 12 couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home! It suited us perfectly and had everything we needed and more. The beach was so private here we were never crowded. Can't imagine a nicer vacation!!

This place was marvelous. Our family rented both halves of the home, and the ease of having plenty of refrigeration space, and the ability to cook for 30+ people at the same time made things very pleasant. The rooms were large, and the privacy of your own bathroom was a bonus. The furnishings were nice, and the space for living, parking and the access to the beach made it a great experience for us all. We would give this property the highest recommendation possible.

Located right across street from beach access, nice co do, clean, everything you need for that beach vacation, beds are comfortable, elevator is great, property is well- maintained, managing company is great and attentive, drawbacks: no view, no smart tv’s, extremely small kitchen storage, stove doesn’t seem to work properly

This unit is exceptional. It was so very clean and had a great décor. The recliner in the living room was a definite treat. The linens were provided and the beds were comfortable. The deck is so large and had comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked that there was security on staff and patrolled regularly, so we felt completely safe as well as our vehicle. The only negative that we can think of is our electric plug in's for both bathroom counters did not work (we think it was a blown fuse but the fusebox is in the locked closet), and we reported it the first day and Garden City said One Ocean Place had in-house maintenance and they would tell them. It was never fixed during our stay and we used an extension cord for our bathroom electronics. But otherwise the owners thought of every little detail for a vacation "home", and we would gladly stay there again. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This is the 3rd year that we have rented this condo. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. We love the balcony that directly overlooks the pool so that we can watch our grandchildren swim. Their mom loves watching them from the pool deck. It is oceanfront and views of the ocean are beautiful. Pam at Garden City Realty worked extra hard to get the week we wanted. She was great. We will definitely rent again!

Thank you Garden City Realty and thank you owners of the property we rented! We had a wonderful stay at our property! We were VERY satisfied with our stay. The condition of the property was was first class...you could see how well the owners maintained their property along with GCR. The kitchen was well-appointed, the furniture, beds, and all around surroundings were so nice. The appliances were top notch! The pool was fantastic...all the kids wanted to do was go from beach to pool and REPEAT! All our little 5 year old wanted was the pool and pancakes!!! We had 6 grandchildren there plus their parents and ourselves....we can't say enough about how impressed we were with the cleanness, the property's condition and our overall experience of l living there for a week! If we did need anything GCR was on it in a professional, courteous manner. Thank you for a memorable vacation! We so appreciate such a great rental property being available to us and letting us experience such a wonderful vacation!!!
