Browns Summit

We love this house and rent it every yr for the same week. Owners update it every year so it is a great place to spend your vaca. Perfect location..across the street from beach access. However this year the walkway to the beach was being repaired and did not have it completed and no other way to get on the beach. No fault to the owner or realty co but was difficult to travel onto the beach. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Pool is great. Kids love it.

Driftwood was fantastic. Spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean and a view from the deck to die for. The only critique I have, and it is very minor, is the TVs in the bedroom are very small and the kitchen cabinets are not organized at all. There is no room for food in the cabinets because of the poor organization. We used the small plastic shelves in the laundry to store our food items.The kitchen was equipped great, it just needs to be organized! The 3 refrigerators were awesome and the icemaker was great. Loved the pool, the rocking chairs on the deck and the nice grill. I have already booked for next year. I'm praying that Hurricane Ian didn't damage this beautiful beach house.

great experience. the unit though needs an update to the bathrooms as they are dated, could consider eliminating the bathtubs and install walk in shower. The sliding glass door to the balcony could also use a good cleaning in the door track. The windows could also use a good cleaning.

Our family stayed at Pop's Place for a week. We needed another week..great place for families. Loved the boat dock outside our door. Very large pool and enjoyed the gazebo. Lots of living space(I enjoyed my downstairs suite) Tastefully furnished and decorated.Large Kitchen with 2nd refrigerator downstairs with a bar area. The sun room and 2 porches give plenty of room to spread out.Short walk to ocean. Private, quiet relaxation.

We could not have asked for a more wonderful rental experience than Pooh’s Corner and the incredible GCR staff. Bob was beyond words i helping us with details in every way before we arrived. His diligence and communication regarding the inoperable pool and Ian’s storm damage put our minds at ease before arriving. He even went on his day off and took photos of the property! Our check in was also amazing due to the kindness and friendliness of Kathy at the front desk. What a delightful person!
The home was spotless and of course the inlet view always breathtaking. The king bed downstairs was as comfy as ours at home. Thank you Garden City Realty and the owners of this gorgeous home. See you again in Oct.2023. We have already booked!��

House was just as the pics showed. Love how close this house is to the sand and water. There's no long deck taking you over dunes and out to the beach which is nice. There are some small side steps through some brush for getting off the concrete pad, but it would be nice to have steps or a ramp coming right off the front portion of the concrete.
The house had sand/dirt on the floors and on the couches. The bathmats were dirty. Other than that, it was fairly clean.
A suggestion for the kitchen would more pots/pans. Not much at all to do any cooking.
Also a couple of rocking chairs for the front porch would be a wonderful addition. Everyone needs a rocking chair to sit in at the beach. :)
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this house in the future.
Thank you and woof woof for being pet friendly to our fur babies. Our pups had a relaxing week.
A HUGE perk for coming back to Garden City Realty... is no ridiculous pet fee. Thank you GCR for being reasonable.
