We enjoyed our stay at M408. From the beautiful view to a very good condition of the whole unit to helpful staff.
When we found out there was no phone service in the unit, the manager Drew McElveen promptly arranged for a cell phone service with no cost to us.
Maintenance manager Dan DeFreest was very helpful and professional when we needed his help.
Jackie Alston friendly and helpful as always.
Booked M408 again for March 2019.

It's all about the ocean.The views of sunrises,dolphins, birds and the beach walks.The condo was very well stocked with amenities,furniture,lighting. We viewed our condo on line and knew it would be great.Garden city staff was friendly,helpful with a minor issue and knew so much of the area.

Rented entire month of Feb. Trip delayed 3 days due to "worst snow storm in area in decade." Apt smaller than expected, about the size of a lg size camper trailer. Apt clean and neat. Apt dated but appliances newer. Only cold water for wash machine. If elderly or slightly handicapped, highly recommend you look for a place with an elevator. We purchased cockroach traps after spotting a few in the apt. Realty would have sprayed if we had asked. Grandson & parents visited for weekend. They were not allowed to park at apt although 15+ spaces were open in lot the entire weekend! Great location, not as busy as Myrtle Beach. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Would recommend that you check with your own insurance company before purchasing the useless travel insurance offered by the Realty.

This unit at One Ocean Place was perfect for us. It was comfortable, updated and tastefully decorated. I loved the wall art and wanted to take it with me! We enjoyed a great week! I always enjoy working with Garden City Realty.

My mother, sisters, and I had a wonderful "girls" trip in April. The accommodations at Surf Master 402 were very nice. The unit was very attractive and well equipped. The staff at the rental office was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The location to restaurants and shopping was excellent.

Wife and and I and our 2 small dogs, were guests for the week of May 22nd thru May 29th, 2021. This was our 2nd year in a row in Ruff Life. The unit was clean in appearance and smell upon our arrival. Linens were plentiful and appeared to be brand new. The grounds are very well maintained and attractive. Several places to walk your dogs away from the heavily travelled main beach road. Kitchen was stocked well. Furnishings were average. All in all a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to book this unit a third time in the future.

Had a wonderful time. However, I just realized taht I left my hair dryer with diffuser in the cabinet under the BR sink. Can you Please return it to me. I will call the office as well. I would just buy another one but it is out of stock.
