Drew Dellinger is a true professional! If you are considering a purchase or a sale of a property on the Grand Strand do yourself a favor and call Drew first. You will not regret it. I live out of state so I was worried about completing the sale of my condo in Murrells Inlet. I had a detailed conversation with Drew prior to listing with him. Drew has a wealth of knowledge and insight that made the process of selling EZ. He has a local contractor complete some repairs for me at a reasonable price. Drew also sourced a local attorney to handle the sale too. Anytime I had a question Drew called back immediately or sent me an email. He's a down to Earth fellow too so do not hesitate to call him if you want to sell or buy a property. His website is also great too. Oh, and my property sold in a few days and the deal closed fast.
