We found this condo to be charming, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for an extended stay. Bedrooms are roomy; beds are comfortable, although the furniture is a bit dated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with lots of hangers. There is a well-stocked bookcase and plenty of games. And if you love sunrises, this is the view for you, whether from the full-length ocean front windows or the oversized balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stan and would rent this unit again without hesitation.

The condo itself was very nice. It was just redecorated and the view was fantastic. The property shows signs of wear, but you can see they are working on it. If you are looking for a 5 star resort, this isn't it. If you are looking for a place to come and unwind, you won't be disappointed.

My family and I stayed in 103, and it was everything we expected and more. The condo is in a great location for easy access to the car and the beach! It looks just like the pictures advertised. It comes equipt with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean. The view of everything is amazing from the balcony, and dolfins play in the water every morning. We will be going back to the surfmaster soon!!

Everything was perfect, except when it rained two days, the bathroom window on the lowest level leaked. The washer needed a small repair and was fulfilled very quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I asked the person behind the counter and she did not have any idea. We were actually less than 15 minutes from Boston Commons and spent 1 hour looking for it because the house numbers go up and down.

Very nice condo, just a problem with leaky ceiling tiles and water dripping down from what I think was air conditioner unit in ceiling inside laundry room off master bedroom - reported it and hopefully it will be fixed soon. Overall, nice place to stay, but very windy way up on 16th floor, but the views of the beach and marshes were fabulous and make up for it!

tub drained slow and shower ran out quickly, maintenance came over and promptly took care of it. Other than that everything was in good order. Condo was clean and the furniture was clean. Overall it was very nice.
