Best location! Plenty of parking. Great to have rental company on the premises. No charge for sheets and towels is a huge plus. But the appliances were outdated, and the couch was worn out and not suitable for sleeping on. Beautiful big flat screen TV and nice recliner.

The Canfield High School Baseball team stayed at Seacamp for the 4th time as we play in a tournament every year. We are from Youngstown, Ohio, and we love the place. Seacamp houses all of the boys, plus a busdriver, as well as 4 coaches. Thank you for such a great place!

My family had a wonderful time. There were just a few concerns. The railings going to the beach were very rough and as a result the kids and adults had to be careful not to get slivers. Also one of the steps is in bad condition and we put a sign up for everyone to avoid this area. I made an attempt to call maintenance but when I called the persons mailbox was full and could not leave a message. Other than these concerns we all enjoyed our vacation very much.

We were very pleased with our vacation experience. The location of this property is amazing if you're looking for a family atmosphere versus college party. Our teenagers were able to walk to the arcades and pier without us worrying. It's a wonderful area. The condo itself was also nice..the only thing we will look for next time is a larger second bedroom and a view from the master bedroom. Also the availability of elevators is a negative. It took forever to get the elevator to the 12th floor. With so many condos there really should be more elevators on the property.

We had always stayed up between the two piers. Decided on a change and loved it. The condo was great and the amenities were better than anywhere we have stayed in previous years. Having The Gulf Stream cafe across the street was just an added treat. The only thing that was a drawback was walking over the dune to the beach and not having the ocean right at our doorstep. Access to the beach would be very difficult for anyone with a disability. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Nice pool, great view, picture perfect beach plus Books, cookbooks and a guide to Ireland on the shelf...Perfect!

While we had stayed in this property before, we were very disappointed that we were not informed that major renovation would be happening for the entire month of our stay. The one outside amenity we were planning to use frequently was the hot tub. March is not usually a month to swim in the ocean or the pool. Unfortunately it was out of service for the majority of our stay. While we enjoy this property, location, and the services of Garden City Realty, we were disappointed with the ongoing renovation activity.
