The only problem with our stay was the elevators. One stayed broken half of the week and one night both were broken. We had to climb 15 stairs -- no fun when you have bad knees.

Wonderful condo and location. We loved the entire experience. Garden City Realty staff went above and beyond when they came out to start my car which had a dead battery the day we were leaving. Very professional and helpful! We will definelty use them again.

We shared the townhouse with our daughter's family and the townhouse was great. Kitchen very well equipped, pool was very clean and children friendly, location to the beach was perfect. The grandsons loved being able to go to the pool or the beach. Our entire family had a great time and we would recommend this townhouse. We had a problem with a drain and it was fixed very quickly.

Toilets ran all the time,parking was terrible,only issued two parking passes,we had three cars had to park a block away,if you are paying 1800 a week and sleeps 10 why shouldn't you get three parking passes,we were told because of the HOA only two passes,well what about the people who only have one vehicle or the units that are empty,couldn't you use their extra passes to accommodate party's of 3 cars surely their can't be that many extras and the security are Nazi car booting,if your car gets a boot it will cost you a $100.00 bill to get the boot off,they don't come and ask you to move they just boot you.

Perfect location with fabulous view. Sitting in the living room you looked through the double doors over the balcony and you felt like you were on a cruise ship because it looked like the water came right up to th!e condo. Loved it!

We loved being right on the beach and I brought my 89 year old mother who loved the room especially for the TV which was large. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen for both my family of 6 plus mom and my sisters family of 5. They were in 1010.

We liked this location because it was farther down from the bigger rentals so the beach was not as crowded where we were. It was still a close drive to do everything we wanted to do. Property was nice. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working for a day but it was taken care of by friendly people. (Property management, electrician.) Would definitely book here again.

We have been gathering as a large family at the beach for 15 years now and this is by far the best we've had in accommodations. The house is SO spacious and laid out very nicely. It is very close to the pier, which for us is not preferred, though others might like the convenience of being that close to stores, dining, and fun activities, but the location made for very noisy nights, esp. on the weekends. However, I don't think you could find a house this nice and this size for anywhere near the price at a more secluded spot, so we were willing to tolerate the noise and the beaches being more crowded than they are further away from the pier.

I rented this unit for my son and his family. It was a very nice unit and is being updated. The owner left a letter stating the plans for the unit. I certainly would want to rent this unit. My family loved the unit.
