Everything went great from a 30 minute early check in with no hassle to a great location that was kept up and clean. Especially loved the two outdoor showers under the house. The only negative and i'm reaching here was the small toilets. They need to be upgraded. Not a big deal but the house was painted a salmon color and didn't match the picture so that threw us a little curve ball when we were trying to find it. I was very happy with this house and if I ever rent in Garden City again I would try to get this house.

Overall a very nice home and nicely decorated. One draw back was the lack of glasses and a bit cluttered in the kitchen and wash room.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and surrounding facilities. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The staff was exceptional. We are looking forward to returning soon!!

We had a great vacation at this location. We had a family reunion/vacation and all the children had so much fun in the large yard area. It has a very well equipped kitchen so we only ate out once. The washer and dryer was a big plus with our large family as well as two refrigerators. Great kid friendly place to stay. Loved that it had games and puzzles for all to play. Met the owners and they take pride in their home and make you feel at home. Very clean and plan to return. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. The front porch was my favorite!

There were 18 members of our family who made our 5th trip to Myrtle Beach together this year. Our experience at the Moonlighting was wonderful-this house is great with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We had a few minor problems with the house but those were all remedied quite quickly. The view of the ocean from both front porches was breath-taking!

we had a great time at this house.We had 6 adults and two children and it was very roomy and no one bothered us. We rented a golf cart which worked out great! Would definately rent this house again.

We stay in the Gause house every year. Easy access to everything. Mostly families in the area. We have many many memories there. Our kids call it "our" house at the beach. We have made new friends there. Some that we see there yearly. One lady lives there through the summer and we plan to get together next summer.

We had a great vacation at Sunspree. It was our biannual family reunion. We had 19 from age 6 to 82 with some from as far away as WI. There was ample room and space for all. The first floor was great with access without stairs. The pool was so nice in the late afternoons. And the Pavilion in the back yard was a hit. The weather was great; the beach was super nice and close; it was quiet at the house but you could easily get to any activities that interested you. We had a blast!
