The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint I have is the fact that there are not enough parking spaces for the two buildings. We were there on the week of July 4th and were constantly parking somewhere on the street as all of the spaces were full. Overall, beautiful condo

tHIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO MRYTLE BEACH, MY FAMILY AND MYSELF WERE VERY PLEASED WITH SUMMER BREEZE. IT WAS DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY. BEING ON THE OCEAN IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. SEEING THE SUNSET EVERY MORNING WAS GREAT!! THERE WERE A FEW MINOR ISSUES THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED, NEW SHOWER CURTAIN LINERS AND TOILET SEAT KEPT FALLING OFF. I LEFT A NOTE WHEN I TURNED IN THE KEYS AND IM SURE IT WILL BE ADDRESSED. THESE ISSUES DID NOT EFFECT OUR PLEASURABLE STAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT FIRST VISIT TO THE AREA.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Grammy's Playhouse. The office agents were very helpful when we came into town and had an issue with our previously reserved rental house (with a private owner). We were settled in a new rental within an hour. Thank you Jamie! My only complaint would be that there was a good deal of dog hair from the previous occupant's pet. Given this is a pet-friendly house and we brought our dogs too, we were understanding of this and just pulled out the broom to sweep again. The house is considered third row, but the beach access is a straight shot from Yucca Ave and it was less than a 3 min walk before we had our toes in the sand. All in all, we loved it.

My family stayed for a week, we loved the house. If it was on the beach it would be perfect. we stayed on the front screened porch most of the vacation(awesome).The owners of this house really keep it up. It is upscale for a rental(WOW) we would recommend this house to everyone and would love to stay again.
couple things that could be better, the walk to the beach is little harder than i would have liked for the amount $ of this rental. Also could use a tv in all bedrooms. We will stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. We did a toilet that leaked and then continued to make loud noises trying to fill the tank even after it was fixed but when I called it was addressed quickly and the people were very polite and helpful.

Great stay all and all. There were a couple empty spots under the building but only 1 pass was provided. Most groups of 6 come in multiple cars. Nice place great location.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The place was very clean and well kept. There were 6 of us and we were all very comfortable. We did not feel like we were tripping over each other. The only complaint that I would have was that the light fixture in one of the bathrooms was not working properly. Only 2 out of the 4 lights were working. Maintenance was very prompt about trying to fix it but they said they would have to order a new fixture. But other than that we really were happy with the Condo! We would stay there again!

Not a great kitchen if you plan to do a lot of cooking. All appliances are old, including washer and dryer. Cooking utensils need to be replaced. $20 at the dollar store would really help this situation. i.e. Bought a can opener since the one in the unit failed us.
TVs in all rooms are great, decorated nicely, furniture is very comfortable and new. Loved the recliner and the view from it!!

We originaly rented a cond in royal garden the air was not working properly and it was hot,my wife called the office of Garden City Realty and spoke with Jaqualyn. I went to the office and she gave me a choice of condos to choose from and she was very proffessional, our condo at surfmaster was great!
