I and my family had a GREAT time. Loved the condo, it was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and décor. look forward to my sept. visit. We had breakfast on the deck every morning, right over the beach. the only thing that needs to be updated is then north elevator, made lots of moans and scary noises.

Our stay was wonderful! The house and pool area were very clean and was in a great location. It was missing a few utencils in the kitchen and there are only 5 bathrooms not 5 1/2 but was otherwise a fantastic house.

We loved the open floor plan of the house. The location was great. When first got to the house we found a couple of chairs were broke but the realty company was very quick to respond about fixing them. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and considering renting same house next year.

I will not stay anywhere else. We love Surfmaster. The condos are beautiful. The view is amazing. Condo 711 was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly need.

Was off to a bad start because i was a week early for my reservation. The property management professionals went into action. It took less then 20 minutes and they had us setup in a very fine 2 bdrm with jacuzzi-King bed- great location. My wife made the statment- I am glad u screwed up because I really like this place. (One Ocean Place) We both really liked it and will be coming back at our earliest convenience. Garden City Realty really rocks. Thanks guys for a wonderful job well done.

My husband and I stayed in 1106 in May 2013. We really enjoyed our week here. The condo was clean and comfortable, right on the beach. The balcony view is spectacular. The condo was equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I cannot wait to come back. Would definitely stay in the same unit. My husband and I loved it. My only suggestion is to bring trash bags and wash clothes, even with the towel service, we would have liked more fresh wash clothes. Overall, our week was wonderful.

The onl;y problems we encountered where the 3rd level carpet vac did not work and the ice maker stopped working on our last day and the door to the back porch only the dead bolt lock worked but none of those items were a big deal to us and we all have a wonderful time. We renamed the house to the "Beach Barn".

This was our second stay in same location. Oceanfront corner unit has balcony with great view. Walking distance to the peir. Heated indoor pool , hot hot tub extra parking, one of few places that could accommodate the number people in our party comfortably and within budget.

Columbia

The weather sucked! (20 mph winds!). Carpet needed cleaning. Under cabinet lights would be nice. One-drain kitchen sink without sprayer made dish washing difficult. Ice maker was extremely slow. This is why a perfect score was not given. BUT, we are thinking about renting both sides in September.

The condo was awesome, well stocked and nicely furnished. The washing machine leaked a small amount but not more than a towel could absorb. The parking was a bit tight, but the added lot across the street was well lit and seemed safe. This was the first time I have ever had my entire family together for a vacation and we all fit well and didn't seem at all crowded.
