The Gause house has an awesome ocean view from the front porch. Steps away from the beach access. The Surfside Beach Pier is close and they have a great local place to eat oceanfront, River City Café. Excellent burgers and fries! The house is quaint & cozy with rocking chairs on the porch to people watch. :)

We've stayed here before and love the location. View was great and the condo was in good shape. The only thing that I wish I could have changed was when we got in late and found several packs of sheets and towels. I would have been nice if the bed was at least made.

We were looking for a classic, simple oceanfront family rental for a quick week away and were really happy at Sanderling. The view, porches and beach access was exactly as reflected in the information. The home was a mile and a half from the Pier with an uncrowded, quiet beach. The owners supplied everything that we needed, including plenty of boogie boards and beach chairs. Sanderling was wonderfully simple, basic and homey...a true old fashioned family beach house. It was perfect for the five of us. Thanks for the rental!

This was our first time staying in Garden City Beach. We loved it. The unit was very nice. It has a very nice kitchen and is decorated very nicely. The view from the balcony was great. We saw sea turtles swimming every day. The area was very nice. It was much quieter than Myrtle Beach. I will continue to vacation in Garden City Beach.
