Upon check in we had fruit flies, eventually it was addressed, multiple water shut off notices and several emergency evacuation notices. parking was very good and the unit is spacious. A recliner chair
would be nice, overall we enjoyed our stay.

First time staying at one ocean place 306 and I have nothing but positive feedback. Condo clean, bright, and well equipped kitchen. Check in and check out a breeze. Great beach location. Great neighborhood. Very family oriented. My family and I had a wonderful time. Definitely coming back. Garden City Realty pleasure to work with.

This was the second year we stayed in OOP 306. We have really enjoyed the stay. The condo is well-appointed and comfortable. The checkin-in process was awesome! Garden City Realty rocks! The only issue was that there were no overflow passes included in our package and previously agreed upon. Turns out, it was a non-issue. We look forward to our stay next summer as we have already booked.

Had a nice stay , some small repairs are needed on this unit. Towel rack in bunk guest room so loose on wall it could not be used, louvered closet doors in other guest room were off track so had to be left open. Verandah was great but one less rocky that last year was a surprise as it is nice to rock and listen to ocean.

We had a wonderful week at One Ocean Place unit 306. We have stayed here several years and have booked for next year. The balcony and the view is a dream view and spot to sit. The condo is beautiful. Garden City Realty is always helpful for whatever your needs.

We love 306 One Ocean Place and have stayed here 5 times. The unit is always clean and features are as shown in photos and details. The updates in the master bath are amazing! The chairs that replaced the stationary hammock were a welcomed change. All the decor is beautiful. A lounge chair on the balcony would be fantastic.

Even though Hurricane Ian cut our vacation short (always get travel insurance in September), we had 11 glorious days in this great unit. Friendly neighbors and vacationers on the beach, secure parking, and a greatly stocked kitchen (crock pot, drip coffee & Kuerig, lots of pots and pans).
