This was our first vacation since 2005. We viewed several real estate websites before selecting Garden City Realty. We could not have been more pleased with the agency. The house was nice and what we expected. We enjoyed the knotty pine features. The house was much more equipped with amenities such as dishes, cooking items, and barbeque grill. Really didn't need to bring anything to cook with at all. The only drawback we experienced was the fact that you could not open the windows and listen to the ocean at night. As far as the view goes, you couldn't ask for a better view for second row housing. The ease of access and safety to the beach was very comforting. Overall, in relationship to the other houses it was a relatively quiet place. We would recommend the house to anyone who would like to get away for the week.

We have been staying at Horizon East for about 18 years. Like the location. We were pleased with the new improvements to the building, new doors, windows and the security. The unit we stayed in was decorated nice, but could use some major cleaning and updating in kitchen & bathroom. The utility closet is very dirty.

Overall we had a great time. It's a great location. The condo is a little outdated, but everything worked well. My only real complaint is that there was work being done on the back stairwell for the week we were there. We had to take the long way out to the beach.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Garden City and the condo was a big part of that. Everyone was very friendly. The condo was very clean and had all we needed. The linen package was a nice bonus.

We always have a great time at OOP. This was our 3rd visit. Love the family atmosphere. Great service too. We had a problem with the dryer and they fixed it the next day. Noticed a few bugs this year but they had an exterminator spraying to handle that issue. No complaints!
