Our stay at clinkscales was very good. Overall condition of condo was very good. Not much negative to say about condo other than carpet in bedrooms ned ded to be replaced. Overall floors could probably be cleaned better as our feet were very dirty in the house but maybe be due to just the carpets...I wouldnt recommend a baby crawling around. Didnt have any issues with insects other than last night of stay saw one cockroach in master bedroom. The condo, for the price seems like a good value the location was very good..a short walk to beach and garden city pier and the summer house community was very quiet when we were there. The 5 rockj ng chairs on porch were very nice as was the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend this condo and would come back to stay again.

The condo is really nicely decorated. The beds were awesome. So comfortable which is a must for us. The condo was clean, plenty of towels etc. The kitchen could have been stocked better regarding pots and pans. And a sharp knife would have been nice. The hot tub had sand in it when we took the cover off for the first time that was disappointing. Otherwise this was the perfect place for our vacation. We really enjoyed it.

Our family has enjoyed the Surfmaster consistently for several years now. The unit is always ready upon arrival with sufficient towels and accessories. We very much enjoy the wrap-around balcony, convenience to stores and restaurants.

We were very pleased with Seascape. Great location, god views over beach to pier and everything you want from a holiday house. Lots of room and nicely furnished. Some bits a little bit tired but nothing to worry about. We would go again.

We were very pleased with our stay at "Summer Breeze"! All we had to do when we arrived was enjoy. Everything was very nice and the location was GREAT.

Great house, big bedrooms,baths. Living room area excellent, room for all 11 of us to sit and talk. Wish kitchen table were a little bigger and that the kitchen had more cooking utensils such as pots. Grill outdoors was in terrible shape and there was no enclosed outdoor shower which the guys missed.The deck was great and we had a great vacation all together.Garden City maintenance and housekeeping services were excellent....fast and friendly and very efficient!!!Would definitely rent this house again.

The only thing that we found in short supply was cooking spoons and Knives. Otherwise everything was great. We had a wonderful time and are planning to stay next year at the same place, but will bring our serving and cooking utensils. LOL :) Was very satisfied with the over all experience. Well worth the price.

Water's Edge 1406 is a very nice condo! The kitchen is well-equipped. I love the tile floors! The only suggestion I might make would be for some better deck furniture. Sitting on the balcony is a favorite activity and the view is awesome, so being comfortable out there would really add to the experience!

The only problem we had was the neighbor had a water leak. They shut the water off and didnt bother letting us 4 yr old granddaughter was in the shower with soap in her hair with no water. Called the office to let them know. The water company showed up the next day. Asked if our water was on. Come on now. Several people with no water and you show up the next day. Luckily my brother-in-law knew how to turn it back on and made sure the repairman hurried up. We were without water for several hours. Managements response was inexcusable. Besides that, dolphins every m orning whats not to love!

We have stayed here several times now and over all it is a very good value. Furniture not comfortable would be my only complaint. Great location, great price! Does need updated as far as furniture and wall paper.
