Mattresses were terribly hard, like sleeping on plywood. My wife slept on the couch after the first bad night. For the cost, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a little hand soap should have been provided.

Our family stayed the week of Labor Day and had a wonderful time! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the Master Bedroom furniture was very dusty and looked as though it had not been cleaned in several weeks. Other than that, we were very satisfied and plan to come back in the future.

First time staying right on the beach, although weather didn't cooperate and grey skies or rain the entire 7 days we were there, the Royal Garden Restort #702, was wonderful. Perfect place for a not so perfect week. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

WE LIKED THE CONDO VERY MUCH. GOOD LOCATION,BEDS WERE VERY CONFORTABLE AND KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVED THE FLOATS THAT WERE IN THE CLOSET.

My vacation was a family reunion / special first time meeting of a family member separated from us by miles (She is from London, England and years (47 years). Sunspree was the perfect house because there was a total of 22 of us staying for a week. Lots of space, great pool area, great location, 2 kitchens, wonderfully decorated and comfortable and very clean. Each one had a fantastic time, so many memories & "tons" of pictures. Thank you so much to the homeowners for sharing such a wonderful house, Garden City Realty for all the help in setting up our reservation. This week was a lifetime memory for all. It was a 5 Star experience.

This owner is obviously interested in making his guests feel at home. It is a newly decorated, well maintained unit where the owner acts upon suggests made. I loved the screen door on the master unit. The nights were cool, so could turn the air off and hear the ocean. I made the suggestion to put one in the living area. Hope other people treat this unit with respect in order to protect this owners investment and leave us a nice place to return.

We love staying at Inlet Pointe. Easy access to the beach & the view of the sunset every evening is just breathtaking off the Inlet. Love watching the boats come & go to Murrells Inlet. Fishing off our own pier. WOW! Great price too in the fall.

We were very happy with our condo. It was perfect for 2 people. The location was convenient for shopping, eating, and anything else we wanted to do. (The only thing that wasn't so nice was the weather, and neither of us can do anything about that!) If we are all well next year, we'll probably stay with you again.

Although we've been taking our Fall vacation @ Myrtle Beach for several years, this was our first stay @ Mariposa. What a beautiful house! Since we're all getting a little older, we really appreciated the elevator, esp for our luggage & groceries! The hot tub & heated pool were wonderful! The house was very well-maintained, & clean. We loved that the long dining room table was big enough that we could all sit together for dinner. And the double appliances were perfect for our needs. Now, if you could just guarantee a couple more days of sunshine, all would be perfect! I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family.

Good value, nice interior. If you don't mind taking the stairs/elevator up 5 floors (the first floor is parking). My wife and I enjoyed a week with two other couples. Plenty of room for us.

Everything was nice in this unit except kitchen utensils, glassware, pots & pans, dishes etc. need an update. It was like going to a flea mkt. Very sparce and disorganized.
Master BR mattress was uncomfortable and they didn't put a sheet over the mattress pad. Didn't notice till leaving.
Furnishings were very comfortable and view was beautiful.
