If you are looking for an affordable place with a great view, this is it! There is an unobstructed view of the ocean from the front deck, but the view on the creek side is BEAUTIFUL! For those who love to fish, just sit right on the dock and cast your rod. There is ample parking, and a beautiful deck on both the front and back for you to enjoy the sea breeze. The ocean and pier is within walking distance. 16 people can sleep comfortably. The house is quaint but charming. We hope to be back really soon!

We have stayed at One Ocean Place other times in different condos. 1110 was very nice. We had a few issues with a stopped up toilet and a very weak WiFi but nothing that was not handled by the Realty folks. It is a great place with a great view.

Enjoyed staying in this condo very much. Very roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated. The ocean side screen porch with rockers was perfect for relaxing.

We're from Columbia, SC and we come down to Garden City frequently. "License to Chill" was as advertised. Excellent view on the marsh. 6 Bedrooms everything clean and no negative issues

Very pleasant stay and great location. Only drawback to a resounding recommendation is the overall aging of the décor. 1980-1990 feel and old furnishings. Garden City is a great location and Garden City Realty is a wonderful company to deal with. Will call on them again in the future.

Great place. Enjoyed staying there except for one thing. The twin beds were made into a Queen. Not good. Keep falling into the crack. Lol.
