We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very clean upon arrival, well maintained.the view was great .Pool area was nice but the outside hot tub was out of order all week. My only complaints about the room was that the shower in main bedroom drained very slowly and the patio had too much furniture and no room for moving around(6 chairs, table and 2 lounge chairs).patio was not big enough for that. Overall a beautiful condo.

This is just the best little house in Garden City. We love the location. The front porch is awesome for relaxing, watching the ocean, or even watching traffic. The kitchen is well stocked (2 fridges), and the furniture is very comfortable. We've rented this house two years in a row, and we hope that next year will be a third!

We have rented this condo 3 times now, I still have not seen any improvement in the kitchen area with pots and pans that I have commented on before. Also the new energy mgmt. system will not let you control the AC at night as the system is set-up to not allow overrides. That is unacceptable. Great location, ample space, great views. I think I'll try another location after this visit.

Had a wonderful stay at Surf Master. Brand new king size mattress in #709! Love the view from the balcony all the way down the coast line. Especially appreciated the complimentary umbrella and chairs set up for us every day on the beach. Would definitely choose this unit for a return visit. Great vacation!

Fantastic. Great house. Great time. The first two days were stormy but that makes for good sleeping with a window opened slightly to hear the rain and crashing of waves. After that the water was calm and the breezes were fair. The house was well-stocked with anything a family needs for a week. And I'm not just talking about the kitchen. There are games, books, and flat-screen TV's throughout. There are even beach toys and chairs stored in the large laundry room. We suspect that some families bought these during their trips and simply left them due to lack of room to haul home. And the big plus is the roominess of the house which affords people enough space to avoid constantly bumping into each other which is essential to maintain sanity for a weeks stay. Let's face it, everybody needs a little space, and this house gives you that.

Location, location, location! The condo was very nice. It was our first time in the area - what a perfect condo. Exactly as described. Everything was super!

Only concern I had was not enough hot water. I do not take long showers at home consider myself a conservative but when a second person started a shower it was already cold. Also it would be nice and convenient to have a restroom on the pool level. We had a toddler with us and going back upstairs with wet suits for bathroom breaks was inconvenient. Would like to also have recycle bins for trash at least for cans and bottles.

This condo was everything that was promised. Wonderful oceanfront view and spacious interior. Everything was in order, clean and inviting. We had thought of doing more sightseeing but the condo was so nice and the sound of the surf and lovely beach made it comfortable to just stay and relax on the balcony, by the pool or on the beach. We did drive up to Myrtle Beach to walk the boardwalk and see the sights. Spent some time in Murrells Inlet and enjoyed meals in several nice restaurants in the area. We will definitely return and have already recommended to others. Garden City Realty was great to work with and our representative, Jill, was very helpful and cordial when we caked for information and secured the rental.

Dealing with people is the major requirement of my job. Our stay at One Ocean Place provided quiet, great view and very comfortable accommodations. The sound of the ocean was relaxing and helped erase the clutter that can accumulate in our minds throughout the year. We would not hesitate to return to One Ocean Place.
