we loved it but not looking at people heads right outside our window in hot tube we did not like. Very small bathroom and not enough wash clothes,other than that it was a beautiful place.

What a perfect vacation for Thanksgiving 2015! The view from the balcony was awesome!! Lots of room!! Easy access to the beach. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. My only complaint is the dishwasher wasn't as efficient as I would have liked.

We had a wonderful time on this vacation. Our Beach House was so convenient to everything. I loved the location and the HIGH tide that was so close that we could hear it at night. The Unit we rented was clean, and very much like home. We had everything we needed for cooking, watching a good movie or just sitting on the porch reading a book.I definitely will be returning to Beach House #109.

we visit garden city beach every year in the fall. i just shop around for a house or condo to fit out needs. this one was perfect for what we needed. clean, close and pretty vacant! just the way we like it.

We really enjoyed stay. Butterfly house met our needs very well. My wife's Aunt had just lost the second of three sons. Did her so much good to get away, walk on the beach and spend time with her sister and neice.

Love the place directly on the beach..Only dissatisfied with the dirty rugs and the patio which was never swept in the unit. We enjoyed our stay and will come again!

When we arrived Oct 2nd, the unit was very bright and clean. Everything was as advertised and exceeded expectations. The entire month was a dream. The weather took a turn for the bad the first week, but, finished strong for the balance of the month. We had a ball.

We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was wonderful.The top porch had great views of the inlet. All bedrooms were nice and large. Kitchen was well stocked. Dock was extra long. Private ramp was a bonus. Plenty of room in the house. Ice machine came in handy. Overall was very satisfied. Garden City Realty was helpful with one problem we had.
