Seascape is a wonderful house close to the pier with plenty of room for a large extended family to spread out and have their own was nice to have a lifeguard nearby for the littlest beachgoers. Great grill area and also has 2 refrigerators - 2 things that would have been helpful to know before arrival. Brought a baby pool for under the house for the littles - worked out great! Only complaint was the noisy trash trucks every morning at 4:30am and 6:00am waking up those in rooms on the streetside. Overall a great house, in a great location. Would rent again.

We had an amazing time on our vacation at sandy shores 1 203. With the location so close to the beach it was very easy to walk across the street and back to the condo if needed. Our 3 girls ages 3, 6 and 10 had so much fun going to the beach and pool. Cant wait to go back next year.

Great house would recommend. Positives good beach access, nice size pool, great views, room to spread out, clean, ice machine, well stocked kitchen. Negatives a little pricey for not being ocean front, the only thing missing was a gas grill!!

My favorite was the bed in the master.. Am used to a king size but this mattress was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me!!

This is a wondrerful place for a family to stay. Pool, hot tub, close to the ocean and plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very accommodating. We've stayed here 3 times & hope to again.

We really love Surfside Beach area and rental location. The rental is fine except for the bathroom door that we reported last year. Needs to be repaired and adjusted to open over the carpet. Would be great if the deck had a ceiling fan, they aren't that expensive anymore. We'll be back.
