Clean older home that is a very easy walk to the beach. Boat ramp is convenient, but the dock is only in inches of water at low tide. Nice large screened in porch. Not hardly enough water pressure to use both showers at the same time. The barn doors for the jack and Jill bathroom got a big thumbs down from all of us. A regular door would be nice. Beds were comfortable and closets are decent size All in all it was a nice stay.

From fast easy reservation to hassle-free no contact check-in garden city reality is a winner! Loved dealing with them for the last several years.

Condo was clean and furnished very nicely. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved having walk-in shower in master bathroom.

Only things that I might have changed is with it had a recliner chair and would have had a hairdryer in at least one of the bathroom. Since most condos we’ve rented in past had at least one I didn’t bring on, but figured who cares I am at the beach.

Would highly recommend this condo to all.

We have had this home rented the same week for 4 years. It’s always been great. It has everything that one would need for a great beach trip. Aside from AC troubles this last week it’s always been great. We were taken care of for the inconvenience and we as renters are happy. See you next year!

This is a good basic beach house with a great Back porch with rockers -
Very kid friendly as we had 3 young grands who loved the week there-
We’ve stayed here multiple times since 2006 . The last stay was 2020 and the fan over the stove didn’t work then nor did it last week- It seems that this would benefit owners to not have exhaust from bacon, sausage ect inside the house- we had to open front and back door for exhaust and that just makes the air run more, which cost $$ - The shower sliding doors in both baths could use a little bleach cleaner and a tooth brush to clean out mildew in the tracks ��
We would definitely stay again !

Working through Garden City Realty was easy. Jackie, the agent that assisted me was very helpful and responsive. The unit we stayed in, 112 was very nice, and suited our needs.
Only negative, pillows need replacing.

Nice, clean, up-dated condo. Two negatives: tv’s were very difficult for us to use and the air-conditioning system is really loud. Loved the location of the complex. Only one table at the pools and no umbrellas.

This is our 4 year at the Surfmaster and our first at unit 910. We always enjoy our stay. The condo was nice. Missing a few kitchen things but that was quickly rectified by Maggie and the housekeeping dept. The location was good. Loved the view. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s fine for a week in the summer when you are outside most of the time. But for a month in the winter when you spend a lot of time on them and we are in our 60’s it was very hard to sit on them without our back and hips hurting. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay.
