We had an over the top week. Each day was better than the day before. Of course the weather was perfect. Lindo Mar is a true jewel. I am a cook and it is quite the cooks kitchen. I wanted for nothing to prep our dinners. My grandchildren (ages 8, 4, 3) had the freedom of walking out to the beach and play in the sand while Papa watched from the porch. My daughter is looking forward to returning next year, we hope to join her. Every aspect of our week was 5 star due to the accommodation.

First thing I must say is WOW!!! What an awesome experience. We enjoyed our Spring Break with 3 other families and everyone had a blast. We had a cup of coffee every morning with the beach at our footsteps was a blessing and an experience.

The heated pool was perfect along with the Jacuzzi. Each bedroom along with the decor was perfect. The property was immaculate and well kept. Explicit instructions were left and we when had an issue with the trash disposal, the property manager sent someone over immediately.
The location of the beach house was far enough from the main drag and the pier was in walking distance via the beach.

We initially rented a different property. Before we arrived we knew the pool was going to be unavailable. We didn't know there was going to be no beach access and half the parking lot was blocked off. We went to the property management company and they quickly found us this new location. We were extremely happy with the property. The pool was available as well as beach access and parking. The location was great and the unit was spotless and very well equipped with anything you could need for an enjoyable vacation experience. Overall, best Myrtle Beach vacation we've had!

Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated condo. Corner unit offers privacy and 180 degree, panoramic views of the ocean. Ample parking in attached garage. Elevators are quick. Centrally located, with Conch Cafe just a stone's throw away. Without question the nicest high rise condo we have rented in the Garden City/Surfside area.

This our 2nd year in a row vacationing at Sea Master condos. We were very fortunate to have excellent weather this past week and we had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay here with our three boys. The location was perfect, steps from the beach and pool and was walking distance to food and activities. The living space was clean and comfortable. Great stay!! We'll be back again.

The cottage was very well equipped.The mattresses were wonderful.The location is perfect for a second row house. The view from the front windows is good.The living room furniture needs to be replaced or covered and the railing on the porch needs to be secured (it is hazardous).I had trouble contacting GCR after hours when we had to leave early and had been told to call anytime, that someone would be manning the phone 24/7. I love the older houses that don't have so many steps!

Great location says it all - have stayed at many Garden City and Surfside beach fronts and the view from the 10th floor added a new perspective. Sunrises were spectacular on the balcony. Roaring ocean provided the soothing natural sleep aid. Plenty of space for our three generations of 7 including 3 grandkiddos under 6. Although the kitchen and carpets are getting long in the tooth, the unit was clean and comfortable for our week there. Recommend housekeeping shampoo the carpets prior to high season. Management at Garden City Realty and the maintenance and security personnel on site were all professional, friendly and responsive to any inquiries. And it didn't hurt that the weather all week was summer like! We had an upper deck view to dolphins, beach activities, moon-rise, sunrises, and Easter Sunrise Service on the beach next door. Thanks to the owners and Garden City Realty for making our stay memorable with the accommodations.

First time staying at One Ocean Place and had a great vacation. The description of the property was accurate. The condo was clean well prepared and there was plenty of room. The ocean view was breathtaking. The noise level was perfect, elevators timely and always parking in the garage.
