We love this condo as it serves our needs perfectly. My in-laws are not always able to come down to the pool or beach but with this room situated just above the pool it's possible to carry on a conversation with them. Love the 's very peaceful. This is our favorite place that we have ever stayed at. My only suggestion is to have more dishes in the kitchen

This was our 2nd time renting Boston Commons; it is very quiet, perfect view of ocean just an all around wonderful place to stay, only draw back is parking, a little "cramped" if have a large vehicle.

A beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at Surfmaster many times and by far this is our favorite unit. After several hours of travel with 3 children, it was so nice to come into a lovely, very clean and beautifully decorated place to stay for the week. I didn't feel that I needed to spend any time cleaning before we settled in. The beds were made and bathrooms clean. Beds were comfortable - great sizes for each room. Washer/Dryer is so useful to be able to wash towels every day. Love the location! Beautiful views! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit! Very Satisfied! 5 Stars!

A couple of simple recommendations for the owners: sleeping pillows definitely need replacing in room with two beds, beach chairs that remain with the unit would be a great bonus, a tv in all bedrooms would be nice when everyone is settling in for the night, we bought a few small items for the kitchen that we needed and left with the unit but might want to add a muffin pan, a few more eating utensils(forks/spoons) and storage containers for food that stay with the unit

Our stay was wonderful. Of course being at the beach is wonderful. But this house made it even more enjoyable. The beds were awesome. I've stayed other condos and house and the beds are always cheap the owners bought top of the line beds for this house. Sitting out of the porch is a plus. Kitchen was stocked with good utensils and cookware and some have really bad cookware. No complaints just overall very happy with this house.

We were very pleased with the condo in size and amenities. The location was perfect as we had lots of family staying in Mariner's Watch next door. It was very clean and well maintained. We would certainly recommend it to others. Lee's Inlet Kitchen in Murrell's Inlet is our favorite seafood restaurant. We also enjoy The Pickled Cucumber for great meats, vegetables and sandwiches. The putt putt golf sites are lots of fun and the Tanger Outlets (on 17 & 501) are good shopping places. There is always something to do. Hope the next folks enjoy it too.

Every year we stay at One Ocean Place or Surf Master. The rooms are always great. Beautiful view, full kitchen, separate bathrooms, washer/dryer, etc etc.

We had a good time. The view from the front deck was great. Felt as if we were of the beach. Houskeeping was very prompt and cooperative when called, but unit was not particularly clean when we arrived.

If your a cook and plan on cooking a lot of meals bring some essentials from home tongs, cast iron pan sharp knives. This is not an issue for most but I prepare most of our meals with local seafood so I found the kitchen lacking some essentials but did not negate stars for this.
if your looking to walk on beach early morning or late in evening when high tide is in there is not any beach the ocean comes straight to the landing so check tide charts for your dates.
we saw tons of wild life from balcony bring a cheap pair of binoculars .

Rock Hill

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and will plan to go back next year. It is always well maintained and a great location. We have a large family and all enjoy the oceanfront and pool. We cook most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked (except could use a large stock pot for our frog more stew night)!

Rental experience was simple and quick! 8 didn't have any issues. The property stayed clean and was never over crowded. We were right on the beach and the view was great. There was also a security guard on duty at all times, and this made me feel safe. Parking never ran out. We will definitely stay here again!!
