Our family enjoyed our vacation in this condo during the beginning of September. It is a beautiful condo and the layout is perfect for our family of 5. (2 adults, 3 boys.) The furniture is nice and the big porch and sun deck are great to people watch from.

The kitchen has so many utensil and items, everything you could possibly need. (Not like a lot of other rentals that have the bare/basics.)

The salt water pool is so refreshing as well. We cannot wait to stay again in Sun Dial 32. Definitely our go-to condo from now on.

The condo was nice and as advertised. We loved the location. The pool was clean. The only issue we had was the elevator was not working when we arrived. My husband had to lug all our luggage and groceries up to the third floor. I called Garden City Realty, and it was fixed the next afternoon, and we had no other issues with it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will consider CR32 for our next vacation.

We loved Portofino 111 321A. It was in a great quiet location yet within walking distance to the Surfside Pier. This house was great for our large family. It was wonderful to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Not once did we have to settle a fight over all the bathrooms being full and who was going next. It must also have a wonderful water heater because with five girls taking showers we never once ran out of hot water.
We were also pleasantly surprised with the nice short walk to the beach. The whole stay was perfect and I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

The area is a nice, clean place to stay other than the dredging of the ocean(which was interesting to watch)The weather was great and we would visit again. The pool and deck chairs were removed 2 days before our time was up and we were told it was because of the storm coming the following week, someone told us where to get the chair if we wanted but to put them back when we were finished. Overall our time was good.

Once the elevator was repaired (which had nothing to do with the condo), the experience was excellent, very very pleased with Waterforde 403, super clean, loved all the upgrades, smelled good also.
