I have stayed at the beach many times but this by far was the best. The house is laid out so guests can have some alone time for reading or watching tv, the kitchen was well equipped and access to beach was great, most definitely will recommend to anyone and will be returning again.

Nice rental for the most part. Pretty clean and amazing views. We stayed in late September so being on the 1st floor was fine but it would be too noisy to stay that low in the busy summer time. The patio door needs replaced. It will barely slide. A small child or an elderly person would have significant trouble with it. Will definitely stay in this building again but on a higher floor next time.

The house was large enough enough to accommodate our large family. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was super. The house was clean but there were a number of appliances that didn't work prior to our stay. The ice machine leaked the minute we turned it. The garbage disposal never worked which caused water to back up in the dishwasher. Info re: garbage days was confusing and we were not told we had to bring the bins to the curb. Directions to the rental office were incorrect. Despite all this we enjoyed our stay and would ask for this unit against in the future.

We spent a wonderful week at the Surf Master Unit 413! The condo was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless! The floor plan was ideal! The owners provided everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys. Linens were also provided and neatly packaged. The entire building was well-maintained. Customer service was excellent. We loved our balcony overlooking the ocean! We enjoyed two great meals at The Conch Café which was a short walk down the beach. The Surf Master is conveniently located close to other restaurants as well as food and drug stores. We had a great week relaxing, reading, walking and truly enjoying beautiful Garden City Beach!

This is about the sixth time of staying at this condo. We have enjoyed it every time. Only problem was the two front bedrooms did not cool like the other rooms. Love the location and the convenience of room being on the same level as the parking deck.

I go to bike week twice a year. This was by far the best building and condo i have ever had. Usually i rent a one bedroom but will want to stay at this building. The parking garage is challenging though..

We have been staying at the Surf Master on and off for the past 20 years. This condo was in a good location and our stay was great! The one issue ( for me ) were the beds... they were very uncomfortable! They all were comparable to box springs in my opinion, but I favor a soft bed. If you can't sleep on a very firm bed, this condo is not for you. I will reserve 614 again if the beds were upgraded with a pillow top.

We had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful when we had a question. Clean neat and had everything we needed, The parking deck was a little tight for SUV's. We didn't find out there was an outdoor restroom until our last day. Our deck was right above the hot tub so that limited privacy but, that is my fault for choosing that location. In all we had a very nice experience.

Our (friends and family) vacation at mariposa was absolutely awesome. The property was in great shape. Having two fridges and dishwashers and stoves worked really well for us. I've never stayed closer to the ocean. My only complaint was that the pool was never cleaned til the day we left, and we reported that is was dirty 5 days before that. Not dirty enough not to use, just that the cleaners never showed on the day they were supposed to.
