This 3rd floor unit is spacious, with a great view. Funishings getting older but good. Plenty of dishes and cookware. This unit has a view over the north Tower Jacuzzi. Huge Balcony. Very private and comfortable. All rooms have updated TV's and cable. The property management company is non intrusive and helpful. Had a great stay from Dec 21,2017 to January 29th 2018.
ISSUES: Recommend new mattresses in both bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay in #711 for the month of January, 2018. It is the nicest unit that we have stayed in of several trips to Myrtle Beach over the last few years. It is larger than the units we have stayed in before and we found everything we needed, other than food, was already provided for us to get us started on our stay. Beautiful view, spacious interior, comfortable, everything provided for basic stay, we really were totally satisfied with the unit.

Compared to other rentals in the same complex- the rental price was high- but the condo is updated and well furnished.

Everything was perfect! The unit was very clean, there was enough space for all of the guests staying and we were very comfortable. The ocean front view from the master bedroom was the best part!

This rental was nice. It is probably great in the summer time. We happen to come when the weather was cold and had a snow/ice storm. But, we did the best we could. First time staying in Surfside, usually stay in Garden City. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Quiet location. Stayed in December. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again. Linen package included is very convenient.

The condo was charming with a beautiful and relaxing view. The beds were most comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were clean and new. The condo was spotless. The only complaint was that parking was extremely awkward. Columns in the garage made turning in and backing out uncomfortable and many spaces were marked reserved.
