My wife and I decided to go to the beach for her birthday. We had never stayed in Garden City before so I contacted Garden City realty and talked to Jackie. She was very helpful and sent me three condos to look at. I picked the Duneside condo and with her help got everything taken care of.

This was the second time we have stayed at this house. It is an excellent location and great location. The outside showers and foot wash make it very easy to clean up. This is becoming our goto house for MB trips.

The unit was clean and well-stocked. Furniture was up to date. Wall paper was a bit dated but overall very nice. Just as a suggestion, the kitchen cabinets could be updated and the base of the vanity off the bedroom good stand to be replaced. We would stay there again but would probably choose another unit in the future just because there are so many to choose from in the Surfmaster complex.

Our vacation experience was very restful and just what we needed. Even though the weather was still a little cool, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. When it was too cool to sit on the balcony, we sat in the living room and watched the ocean and listened to the waves. The condo was everything we expected. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only problems we encountered were with the 1/2 bath and the dishwasher. The toilet constantly ran, and the dishwasher is a pain to start. Also, we would have felt better if there had been a double lock or chain on the outer door. These are just minor problems, and we would consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed staying at the one bedroom condo at Surfmaster. Excellent layout was spacious and provided extra privacy with a door that separated the bedroom and master bath from rest of condo. Our only complaint was the bed could have been more comfortable.
