Fort Lawn

We had a great time! This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the house and location. Needs dark curtains in the bedrooms to allow you sleep in late if you like. We hung a blanket over the window otherwise we were up at the crack of dawn every day. The sofa and chairs aren't made for lazing around in but it is very pretty and beachy.

Overall it was very nice...we have stayed in the same condo for the past several years...
Two issues we did have this year...we had no working tv until Tuesday and after that only one worked.
HOH said they gave us a warning about flip flops and shells being outside our door...we never received a warning...and they removed our things while we were in the condo without even knocking to let us know their was a problem..we left these outside in order to keep from tracking in so much sand as we have done each year without a problem!

Also king size bedroom has nails sticking up at the threshold and that bedroom needs a dresser for clothing....thank you

Family and I had a great, relaxing time once again this year. Very quiet area but just minutes from everything that the area has to offer. The upgrades to the bathrooms from last year are amazing. It's a real gut punch to have to leave this place and go back to work as nothing compares to being able to sit on the covered deck, drinking a cold one and just watch the ocean and occasional dolphins.

This condo is in very good condition and has a wonderful view. We found everything working and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dishes. The pool area was clean and lovely.

Very comfortable and roomy! Balcony with rockers made for relaxing views. Kitchen well stocked and mattresses comfortable. Very surprised to see couple beach chairs in closet ! Saved us buying them and having to find room to bring home. We will return !

We enjoyed our stay at Rainbow's End last week; it felt like being at home while we were on vacation and the pound cake left for us was a warming gesture from the owners. We had plenty of room and easy access to the beach which was nice. Will defiantly stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and visit. We really liked the house. Some small items of note: Need a new table on the back deck. Portions of the table are missing. Need shade by the pool. Master Bath shower is extremely small...had to Navy type showers...turn the water on...turn the water off...lather up...turn water back on to rinse. Loved the location and convenient walk to the pier and beach. Beautiful home and we are considering renting this unit once again in the future. We did not take our pets this time, but we will in the future because it is pet friendly. Very nice place to take a vacation.

Great time. Very roomy condo. Fantastic location. Decent Furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Not 4 TV's - only 3. And we had to get the cable folks out to fix the master bedroom TV Tuesday. Master bedroom bathroom toilet requires 3 to 5 flushes. Do NOT reach into the dryer door until you turn it off with the switch. An open door does NOT disable the tumbling. This is very dangerous. For the benefit of the owner this needs attention. Also the hot water faucet and the diverter valve in the master shower leak. Concrete pool deck appears to have been damaged by last year's storm. No big deal there. Had to keep reinstalling vertical blind slats. Hate those things. Had to run the dishwasher 2 cycles for complete cleaning. These situations I noted shouldn't be required by a review.

We made reservations early Monday morning after viewing this property online,traveled 11 hours, and arrived late Monday evening. We have stayed in Garden City numerous times. This property was everything we planned for,oceanfront,pet friendley and our home away from home. Restaurants,shopping,entertainment all very near us.We enjoyed every minute of our five day vacation. We hope to enjoy our next vacation in August at Garden City beaches.
