loved the location stayed at the beach house for about 25 yrs & always go back. garden city realty very easy to work with. only thing that would keep me from staying in condo 105 is the little deck furniture. got very tired of looking at the railing around the deck. will pay more attention to deck furniture in the future.

condo was fine. dated. one bedroom was posted as having 2 double beds but were actually 2 twins. overall was ok.

402 Surfmaster was a beautiful 3 bedroom condo. This unit was clean, updated and had the biggest view off the balcony of any condo I have ever stayed in.
Everything about the property was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub area. Carts provided for luggage and belongings.

Overall it was a nice place and a wonderful vacation spot.

The house is perfect, but I will have to say that the master bed has a very bad sag. So bad that I had to prop throw pillows under the mattress to keep from rolling out. Maybe it's time for a new mattress??

I want to say this has by far been the best rental we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot through other companies or Garden City Realty. The home was very friendly and clean. I wanted a home away from home, and I got that plus more. The view of the beach was spectacular. There was plenty of space for everyone, and all the amenities were perfect.

The only downfall was the access to the elevator. We could not use it, so we dragged a lot of luggage upstairs from outside and inside. Mary tried to help with the situation. She was very helpful during our stay.

We loved the rental so much that we extended our stay for a day. Mary was very instrumental in assisting me with the extra day. I had left my wallet at the beach house. I was in a panic. She assured me that I could call in the next morning to pay. Things worked out fine. I want to thank her for all her help and assistance. She was a joy to speak with, and she always had a smile on her face. Hope to see you next year!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. For the most part it has all the amenities required but some of them could be updated. i.e. Pots & pans. Not having to buy things like dish soap, salt & pepper would be nice but we know that next time to bring those sort of things with us. The outdoor furniture and balcony could have been cleaned because of the pigeons but all in all the experience was great. Will be returning, hopefully in the spring.

Vacation Rental was great! low season so beach was less crowded, weather was great this time of year and condo was very comfortable. Nice upgrade on bathrooms. Seal on fridge door may need to be replaced, doesn't seem to close all the way, need to be careful. Also, may want to check belt on AC unit, when unit kicks on, the fish on wall in the back bedroom shake! Overall great stay!

We LOVE the Lindo Mar! The floor plan is ideal. The decor is perfect - very beachy without being tacky. The furniture is all comfortable. The bathroom upgrades are impressive! Everything was very clean. The beachside deck is perfect, too! We felt right at home! The location is great - walking distance to several good restaurants.

overall it was a great experiance. It looked as though in the left hand corner of the living room there had been a water leak on the ceiling that hand not yet been painted. Stove baking temp needs to be checked. i.e. bakes faster than it should. Thank You
