We enjoyed 103 One Ocean Place very much. It was perfect for our 90-year old Mother who cannot negotiate stairs. Everything in the condo was very nice, clean, and in good working order. The linens and kitchen equipment were good. (I would only suggest that salt and pepper always be in any unit.) The view of the ocean were unsurpassed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and recently renovated. The carpet had been removed and laminate had been installed. It looked like whitewashed boards - perfect for the beach. All of the decorations and furniture were great. When the hurricane came and we had to leave suddenly, I left behind a purse. The management help to locate my purse and mail it to me. I would highly recommend this condo and this property to anyone coming down to Garden City area.

Our stay at Surfmaster 408 was absolutely wonderful! The condo with spacious and clean. Close to restaurants, activities and entertainment. We especially enjoyed this unit because it was a corner unit so the oceanfront balcony was larger than the other units. We also liked the fact that there were two king size bed in the condo which allows to adult couples to sleep comfortably. We highly recommend Surfmaster for 08. Hope to take the kids back there summer 2019

Check in was simple, the condo was beautiful with a perfect location. You can hear the bands from the pier. This is exactly where we wanted to be!

I enjoyed my stay in Unit 613 at Surf Master. The view was amazing and the Garden City Reality Office there on the property was very helpful in anything I needed.

We had a great time at the beach. We loved this place and will book again. The people at the realty company are great. We loved them all and they helped us by fixing little things ASAP. We have a great view of the ocean as you can see the picture of One Ocean place 202.

very nicely renovated condo, made for an enjoyable stay. one thing I would suggest is you list how well equipped the kitchen is, what I mean is we have stayed in several different condos in surfmaster over the last 16 years and yours is the best equipped in both assortment of cookware backeware as well as all necessary ladles spatulas etc... and quality just awesome.
reason I say to note it in the description is because we have stayed in many other condos there that aren't equipped at all and we have taken to bringing a large storage box containing the above listed items which I could have left at home this year. this is not a criticism just may help others who rent to know they don't need to bring their kitchen with them when they stay in your condo again just awesome.

only one small criticism and it will probably be fixed over the winter as part of any maintenance you do, the slider from the bedroom to porch is in desperate need of roller oiling or repair didn't use it because it was so hard to open or close, not a biggie just don't know if you are aware.

we didn't bother saying anything to GC realty cuz the living room slider worked fine and I figured it was something you do over the off season.

overall fantastic place to spend time at the beach, highly recommend to anyone looking for a well maintained comfortable relaxing place to spend a vacation.

Oh and how could I not mention the master bedroom shower!!!! simply amazing, considered just spending my vaca in there lol, gotta be the best showeer in surfmaster. that was money well spent! Just outstanding!!!
